Muscle REx - Joint, Muscle & Nerve Support - Relax Aches & Chronic Discomfort Plant-Based Supplement (60 Capsules)

I started using Muscle REx recently to help with post-workout soreness and joint stiffness, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. After just a few days, I noticed less muscle fatigue. My friend recommended me trying this product, I am glad I tried it out.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.I love pop-top lids on my supplement bottles!This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last two months.The expiration date on mine is Jul 2029.The capsules have a light scent and taste which are not unpleasant. They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says GMO-free and has a GMP stamp. Their website also says 3rd-party tested. It also says there is a 30-day many-back guarantee, which is nice since Amazon does not allow returns on supplements.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle. Their zenlh (as in zen life herb) site is functional and informative. The site says they are backed by over 20 years of research, but I don't know if that means they have been operating that long. I would like to see more information on their sourcing and manufacturing, including the 3rd-party testing results.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like the blend, including the absence of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Really impressed with how fast this works. I usually feel sore for days after workouts, but since taking this, recovery has been much quicker. I feel less stiff and way more energized the next day. Will definitely keep buying!

It doesn’t do anything for me. I had high blood and am very disappointed

Another disappointment. Did not get any relief. Maybe someone else might be more successful. I gave it three stars because I have a very sensitive stomach and nothing I take is tolerable.

The packaging was great, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I’m looking forward to using it and seeing the results. I’ll update my review after I’ve had the chance to try it!

I am really hoping this 'proprietary' blend of 'herbs' helps. Looking forward to a reduction in joint soreness. The bottle does have detailed product information and instructions for use. The capsules ore medium sized and easy to swallow. When instructions are followed there is no stomach upset.

I love these they really help my back and my legs and my neck out really well I shall continue to use these
