Very strong rubber - not too stretchy - but just enough to be usable. You need to get the right size for whatever it is you are putting these on, so a pack of two is very useful.

boa constrictor tight with no give
says it is silicone but there is next to no give on the rings so once you have struggled to get it on properly it is SO tight it's not long before will do anything to get it off you. Awful product. unless you have a pencil dick with tiny balls this is not the product for you

the larger one was a better fit, enjoyed using them.
A simple addition to our toy collection, I found the smaller one to be a bit too tight for me, the larger one was a lot better and didn't feel like it was gonna make my penis fall off!size does matter lolA good clean before hand was required and after learning the hard way (no pun intended) we lubed them up before putting them on.

the rings are quite firm - if the size is just right they would be fine. I found the smaller one had some use, but the biger one was too infexible to be able to use close to my body as I intended.
