My hair was a dark purple and it took it right out!! Super convenient but it has bleach! Damaged my hair obviously but great for blue/green/purple removal

Was trying to get black dye out of my hair. Now my hair is purple and my roots are blonde because it bleached my new growth. It looks horrible. Regular bleach would have probably worked better than this. Now I have to bleach my hair in a week to get my black turned purple hair dye out. My hair is now a patchy purple and pink mess with bright orange roots and is super damaged.

Performed pretty much as promised. I was removing red hair dye, and it left a lot of golden yellow, but red is notoriously hard to remove. It didn't do much damage to my long hair. I trimmed a few inches off the length of my hair after using.

I bought this remover to help me remove purple color that had started to look faded and inconsistent due to too many touch ups. I was worried it would dry my hair out, but honestly, it's a miracle worker. Not only did it remove the dark purple easily, my fragile hair still feels soft and conditioned. After two applications my color is really light lavender and pretty even in tone, so I am ready for my next color. Highly recommend and I will be ordering again when I need a fresh start.

Dark auburn isn’t really a “bold” color like the unnatural colors such asPurple or blue. It is a darker shade so anything claiming to turn purple to blonde worked for me. After 2 treatments my hair was bright clown orange. A most unflattering hair color for sure. Afraid to bleach again for fear of my hair rotting off, I opted for a toner. That helped a little. What fixed it was a permanent color called light ash blonde. In the future I’ll stick with a bleach plus 20 volume developer from a beauty supply. This stuff doesn’t do what it claims.
