I’ve been using the Dreame X50 Ultra Complete for approximetly 3 monhts now, and it transforms daily cleaning. Its 20 000 Pa suction easily tackles crumbs, my lovely cat Latte's pet hair, and fine dust—even on carpets, with no loss of suction power. The smart ProLeap retractable legs let it climb up to 6 cm thresholds, effortlessly crossing rugs and slight level changes. It even uses VersaLift sensors to clean under low furniture as low as 8.9 cm.The self-cleaning dock is a sanity-saver: it empties the dustbin, washes, and dries mop pads at 80 °C using hot water and UV sterilisation, refills tanks, and even handles detergent. No daily maintenance needed!Navigation is precise: I mapped a 50 m² kitchen and living area in under 12 minutes. The robot identifies objects like wires and rugs via AI-enhanced DToF scanning, avoiding most obstacles. On tile and laminate, it mops and vacuums in one pass, leaving floors spotless.Only drawbacks: battery lasts ~90 minutes in normal mode (less than Dreame claims), and voice commands sometimes mishear. But overall, cleaning and convenience justify the investment. Full automation with serious suction power—highly recommend for busy households.It's actually a much better quality product than I expected.

The Dreame X50 (AKA Mary Moppins) has been a game changer in our house. We previously had a dyson 360 downstairs but with more hard floors it just was not doing what was needed, that has now been moved to another all carpet floor and the Dreame X50 complete is the replacement. It's now been a few months and I am still very impressed with the work its been doing.The pro leap ability has allowed Mary Moppins to get to rooms with a large threshold which would otherwise not be possible. Then a previous area under a radiator is now covered thanks to the ability to reduce its hight.The app is very impressive and mapping speed and accuracy shocked me at how good it was. My previous device would give poor map after 2 hours where this gives me a 3D model pre determined rooms with furniture in about 2-5 mins flat!I was mostly worried about the cleaning ability on carpets due to the Dyson being so good there but I need not have worried, it's not a dyson but its still does a very good job more than I could hope for. However the mopping was the main goal and win here, it's been excellent and the dirty water that comes out is quite grose to be honest!However the mops are kept surprisingly clean all by itself, the product comes with loads of spares which is great so if you do want to clean the pads yourself you can.The only negative I have is yesterday when for some reason all my maps schedules etc where gone, no idea why, Im reaching out to support for that. However it maps so fast that i was up and running again in no time.

We love it. Deep cleans the carpets, leaves the hard floors spotless, gets into the corners and under the furniture. We schedule a clean every night at 3am and never hear it. No issues with the dog, it'll avoid the area and come back later. Avoids all obstacles really well. Wish I got it sooner.

To be honest i already have an Henry and a Tineco . And i think its better than this.I had to return it less than 24h after received it.It doesn't clean good . Forgot a lots of débris.He tooks AGE to clean really.Doesn't mop properly.Can't go if you have a cable on the floor for exemple so you need to clean after.For the price better to hoover yourself and do mop or tineco .

Absolutely shocking. Side brush did not come out, maps kept deleting, the threshold jump thing did not work at all. Multiple other reasons why I decided to return this. The corner and edge cleaning was also shockingly bad, my £200 eufy was better.Very disappointing, returned after 2 weeks of really trying to make it work.

The media could not be loaded. This robot vacuum initially seemed like a great purchase, but the software has been nothing but frustrating. The biggest issue is its inability to properly handle thresholds, despite supposedly having extendable legs to overcome them. I’ve spent hours trying to set the correct threshold height, but the robot simply refuses to extend its legs and cross over. Instead, it misidentifies the threshold as an obstacle and cancels the cleaning job altogether.I’ve attempted remapping the area multiple times—four times, to be exact—but nothing seems to work. In some instances, the vacuum doesn’t even make it into the room at all, let alone approach the threshold inside it. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch it struggle with something it was specifically designed to handle. At this point, I’m running out of patience and considering whether this vacuum is worth keeping.
