I was contacted about a full refund due to my experience with the product - there have been prompt responses for our conversations regarding this refund as well! - Kaycee 1/31/2019; I received my full refund on 2/1/2019!I am in absolute love with this clutch/purse - I prefer to use clutches, as I have back problems & don't need the added and/or uneven weight of a shoulder bag, cross-body, nor a backpack. This one fit every single one of the daily things I need to carry around perfectly. However, within a month, the handle completely detached from the purse - literally while it was around my wrist , the clutch just fell to the floor. I could likely get it fixed by a local shop, but that will still cost money. If that didn't break, especially within a month, I would have given a 5-star rating :(

I love this wristlet! It holds everything I need to carry with me. It is a little bigger and gets heavy with the more things you have in their but it’s perfect for me because I tend to carry more than just cash and cards with me. I love how it has the credit card slots they are easy to get cards in and out and you can easily put more than 1 card in a slot. I also love the coin zipper pocket to hold all my change. It also has a zipper pocket on the inside to hold personal things and one on the outside too. I love the way it looks and the zippers are very good too. Also their is no bad odor or anything like how some purses have a bad smell when you order online.

This comes with a detachable wristlet and is easy to carry around if you carry minimal items. I am in love with this so far and haven't switched back to my normal full size purse yet. The card slots make it handy to carry what you need. My only gripe is the middle zipper moves itself every time you zip and unzip the outside main zipper. I learned to constantly zip it back no big deal. It can be casual or dressy with a splash of flair. It had held up well and I would absolutely purchase it again if I needed another.

I absolutely love this clutch!!!! It is so spacious and is an amazing price. I tend to always have large purses so when I need to use a clutch I want one that can carry more than just a lipstick. I needed a small purse for a trip to Las Vegas and this clutch fit everything I needed plus more. It was able to fit my wallet contents, my Android note phone which has a chunky case on it, plus my friends phone, and lipstick and have space left over. It has 4 pockets and comes with the chain to wear as a purse and the wristlet so it's very versatile. You can even store the chain on the side pocket to attach as needed on demand. I loved it so much I am purchasing the other colors as well.

I was surprised at how heavy the metal chain shoulder strap is. I like the weight. Seems very durable! I ordered the gray. Love the color! It's a soft leather feel. The inside can hold MORE than enough for a wristlet. I fit money, cards, keys, phone (Samsung galaxy s9 plus - not pictured), lip balm...and still have plenty of room for another phone or extra set of keys. 3 zip pockets make it easy to hide money from nosey eyes. There is a zipper pocket on the outside that is deep and can hold a good amount of change. Phone with remote is for size reference. 5 stars. Would order 10 times over.

I love this but unfortunately the zipper does not zip up easily and it gets stuck in the material I have to return it

I LOVE this product! Shamelessly. I'm not a girly girl that halls a purse around so this was perfect for me and my lifestyle. Fits all my cards, has multiple zip pockets including a reinforced coin purse in the center that's the length and depth of the wallet itself. It fits my phone, smokes, lighter and my keys as well. I WILL be reordering, I've had my eye on the orange one. I'm a very picky person when it comes to buying new because quality just isn't there anymore. This clutch/wallet breaks the mold. Very impressed!
