Defective stabilizer
The Delay Circuit of this stabilizer is not working. The power supply from the stabilizer to the refrigerator goes on simultaneously upon turning on the power switch without delay, which can cause damage to the refrigerator . Therefore we need a replacement of the unit free fromany defects.
