A very comprehensive reference book
I bought the second and third editions of this book. This reference book is really useful and extremely comprehensive. Moreover, it has beautiful illustrations, and the explanations of the mechanisms of many reactions are very clear.

I worked with conjugations for almost 30 years. I find this book to be very informative and it should be used as the first reference book when it comes to conjugations.

Easy to read, thorough, and immensely useful on nearly any bioconjugation reaction you can imagine. This book is full of details that are hard to find in published papers or even harder to figure out doing lab work. Fantastic!
