Super Easy to Use and holds
Great product and all you need to install your speakers.Very easy installation, perfect for drywallers to work around

Doesn't fit Monoprice 8" speakers
You would imagine that if you buy these, you would be able to install "Monoprice 2-Way Carbon Fiber In-Ceiling Speakers - 8 Inch With 15 Degree Angled Drivers (Pair) - Alpha Series" easily?Well you're wrong! the rough-in is about 4mm narrower than the speakers and there's no way they can fit. I ended up having to tear apart the rough-in after the drywall was installed. It was a waste of money and time for me. Neither the speakers or the rough in had any information about these not being compatible.

Product is flimsy
This product is plastic and the two straps used to mount the rough-in are attached by a thin plastic strip that is easily broken

Durable work great- verify your diameter
These are sturdy and and work really well so the drywall guys have a target. Install with the lip down towards the room. Be sure to verify the diameter of this opening is good match for your speakers. For our Silver Ticket 82c they fit fine. (if our speakers were much smaller diameter than those models, the opening might have been too big).

Very flimsy, very weak
Very flimsy, very weak and a terrible connection from the support arm to the ring.The second Sheetrock was installed, the vibration rattled the connection loose. I install versions of this weekly and these are the worst.Seek elsewhere
