Game Changer
These are a game changer for anyone with very high arches. I have used them in tennis shoes and high heeled boots. Not only did they make my feet feel better (especially the heels) I was surprised to find my overall posture also improved.

decent
These are comfy and do the job. My only issue is that they eventually lose their sticky power

Item as described - has worked well and as described
I use these in all my ballet flats for a little extra support. They stick well, have been durable, lasting about 6 months already with no problems. Once you get used to them being there, you don't even notice. As a teacher, I'm on my feet all day and these are easy to walk in and fit right into the instep with no problem. Have reordered several times.

Really hard
They feel squishy in the hands, but they feel very hard in shoes. I’m sure it’s excellent arch support, but not super comfortable at first. My feet get used to them by the end of the day. They stick really well, even after adjusting. I will continue to use them, but probably wouldn’t purchase them again.

cork inserts
got these last year, to put in my sandals, by the time I found them it was winter. Now weather is getting a little warm, I put them in a pr. of sandals. I have a super high arch and they did not help and that made me sad. ;( they are made very nice just needed a little thicker for me if they were I think they would be great for me. so hard to find inserts with a real high arch support. I will keep looking. I gave it 5 stars because they are really nice, and I think they would work for people with not as high of a arch as mine.

Avoid: causes foot injury over time
These cause injury over time because they don't let your foot move and stretch the way it should, and tilts your foot to the side.I thought these arch supports were the answer to my plantar fasciitis. They relieved the pain at first, so I put them in all my shoes. But after six months, I started feeling pain on top of my foot. I had to limit walking and skip my weekly dance classes. Turns out, the supports prevent proper foot movement and even tilted my foot, causing injury over time. It took another six months to recover. If you don’t walk much, they might be fine, but I wouldn’t take the risk again.

Great arch support for any shoe!
Great for flip flops, sandals, slippers, and shoes without support. I have severely flat feet with tendonitis from a dropped arch. Prior to using these I could only wear lace up shoes and boots with orthotics in them. Now I can wear whatever I wish. The clear ones are not visible in sandals or flip flops.

Good, Not Great
These are nice, but even though they are meant to stick, they slip out of place. They work, though, if they stay in place.
