Q: How often should i use brick 1 and brick 4 to clean and maintain my leather? monthly?

depends on item and use - I use on my shoes twice / season, my auto seats every 4 months . an item I have to use harsh disifectant cleaner on multiple times per day I use a small amount daily at the end os the day

A small couch, maybe. I cleaned 3 jackets & 1 small backpack. Very good cleaner.

Q: Will this work on a musty leather handbag? No stains involved just doesn't smell clean

It will for sure leave a better scent

I have Allen Edmonds, and love them. I wouldn't use anything else on them. Bickmore is an exceptional product.
