Winn Set of 9 or 13 DRITAC AVS Standard Black/RED Golf Grip. 5DT-BRD

I've used these grips before and I do like them. They're softer than most but feel very secure in hand. If you're looking for a medium firm to firm grip, these are not for you. If you're looking for something a bit softer and easy on your hands, these might fill the bill.Installation is about average, the grips are just a wee tighter than most any other golf grip I've installed. The inner lining is very tough and durable, the generous use of tape solvent is a must. I've read where some have had installation issues and I will bet it's the grip tape (but that's another story), I used standard old school grip tape and the grips slid on rather easily...As far as expectations, if I can squeeze a full year out of these I would be surprised. If I get less than half a season, it will be disappointing and would probably use a different grip next time. These are premium priced, so some reasonable amount of durability is expected...

Great looking and a great feel. Took about an hour to install 10 grips. Changing to these grips has moved my game from "very bad" to just "bad". Haven't "rain" tested them yet but with a rain glove they should function just fine.Also purchased the "Brampton Complete Grip Kit for Golf Club Regripping - Includes 15 Tape Strips, Rubber Vice Clamp, and 4oz Solvent w/Sprayer". everything I needed to do the job and had good instructions. Also used You Tube videos to see how easy the process is.

Update 8/4/2015Totally coming apart or wearing through. The driver grip has worn through the top layer into the inner part of the grip in a number of places.All the irons have the outer layer of the grip tearing away at the seams.Can't use them any more. I contacted Winn but they just came back with telling me to try a different model. After doing more research I guess this problem with Winn is fairly common (drat! I read all the wrong reviews first time around!). So, now to try Lamkin!Old review - Love the feel but they are showing wear already after just 8-10 rounds. Looks like I may end up pretty disappointed....

I have used these grips for several years now and they do not get slippery in wet weather. I play a lot of golf and I find these grips perform great in all kinds of weather conditions, especially here in New England. If you are looking for control and performance in wet weather, these are the grips you want when that shot counts!

Oh yes.. They look and feel fantastic.I am a fan of win dritac- Near perfect grips in all conditions.Many golfers underestimate the value of having good grips on their clubs.A good grip is the foundation of a good swing.They are a nice deep red and will go well with my new bag.Can't wait to hit the course this weekend!

IMO grips are like a lot of athletic equipment, it’s mostly personal preference. I’ve tried a lot of grips and there isn’t another one that performs as well in all conditions. These are particularly impressive in wet or cold conditions.

I like these DriTac grips. They look good and feel great. I thought that they were a little more difficult to install than some other grips.

Have these on two sets of clubs I liked them so much.
