Triple threat!
Well made, sturdy. Switching lead requires also switching writing habit. Adding lead is slightly cumbersome but given the setup it's either that or front loading which is difficult with a 0.3 lead. If you can adapt your writing style to the lead size and use quality lead, this is a fine instrument.

Try to find a cheaper one
This is one of the best pencils I bought i work in a secure facility so when I have to teach drafting it comes in handy with the different size leads the metal casing is great when I have it in my pocket the only down side is in stead of like the pens you literally have to turn the eraser to set the lead then click the clip to retract the lead also with 3 sizes they don't hold much lead like 3 stick s each that's 1 in the tube and 2 in the tube so it isn't bad but to be honest the price was a little steep for a pencil that should be worth no more than 20 at most

3 in 1
I like the pencil. Good feel in the hand. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to change to the different lead sizes. You point the size lead number listed on the pencil face up then you click to extend that lead size dispenser while it's still facing up. I was looking for something to twist at first but it was as simple as that. Clever design. Now I only need one pencil for three sizes of leads.

In principle, a clever design and well made, but too delicate for real world use
Right out-of-the-box the 0.7mm feed mechanism failed, breaking the lead each time an attempt was made to advance it. After a number of trials, I realized that I could hear the exact moment that the feed mechanism snapped the lead. Oddly enough, the seemingly more fragile 0.3mm and 0.5mm leads advanced flawlessly. That fault, coupled with the inconvenience of clearing the broken leads and indeed refilling leads under normal use obviates any advantage this design may have over simply using 3 different mechanical pencils, feeding 3 different thickness leads.

The pencil that requires so many instructions
This is an unique JDI(Japanese Direct Import) handcrafted multi-mechanical pencils built by 57 Powers(which the brand I'd never heard of btw). Mecha 357 is definitely not the predecessor of Pentel Function 357 and classic r◉tring trio-pencil and I explained why at the end. It is made of full brass body and has the multi-function mechanism that allows to switch between 3 different leads of 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7mm. The steel tip retracts by pressing the red button by the clip. It is heavy and firm on hand with knurl grip and the black paint seems thick and durable unlike thin r◉tring paint. Instead of rotating to switch between leads, Mecha 357 uses gravity; pointing the red lead indication upward and pressing the feeder selects the lead size. It would be much better if I could rotate to select lead sizes because it's much simpler that way. Here is the flaw. While I was dispensing 0.7mm lead, I could feel something snapped on me. I checked 0.7mm lead and it was fine. However, 0.3mm lead was snapped somehow while dispensing 0.7mm lead. It wouldn't happen constantly but there was the exact moment that it would snap and that chance was about 10%. The bottom line is you should really rely on pencil makers that are reliable and trustworthy like Pentel or r◉tring, but not because of overhyped claims on internet.

Well-designed pencil
This is a well-designed and functioning pencil. The mechanism that allows 3 different lead sizes in one body is ideal for people who need to work with different types of pencils. The tip of the pencil rattles slightly, but it is expected for any kind of mutli-pen/pencil.

very confortable to keep in a pocket!
The weight of the Pencil is very important for me, and Multi Mechanical Pencil has a right weight and keep balance in a hand in a way I like. I'm using this Mechanical Pencil as for drawing, as for sketching.
