Ease of use
This gets an A for being easy to use. Just plug in and follow the instructions as they come up on the screen. The scanning did not take all day, so that was good.

Waste of money
I ordered this for my computer, it would start the process and after a considerable amount of time, it would just hang and freeze up… carefully repeated the process and it did the same thing… for me? Total waste of time and money!

Repeat process as needed
We have used this product for years & have always been satisfied w/the results. The only problem we have had is getting it to work properly. The text will indicate that all is well but, it won't be so we do it again. This time it took 3 or 4 tries. My laptop is still not working. It will turn on, yet gets stuck diagnosing D drive when I need to be on C. I have been unable to correct this dispute numerous tries. Not the fault of this product. I guess I need to take it to a computer repair person.
