Stronger Than Hell, that's what the STH stands for
I bought a pair of Salomon Shoguns at Steamboat. They mounted a Salomon DIN 12 binding on the skis. I have three pairs of skis, but the Shoguns were my one-ski-quiver. Still they probably got a bit less than half my days. The third year, both of the cheaper Solomon bindings fatigued and failed (on the SAME run within a few minutes of each other). My ski tech guru diagnosed it as metal fatigue and recommended these. I am a big, strong guy (6'3", 230 lbs, squat 360#, ski at DIN 11), so I am sure I flexed the skis underfoot, and that wore out the other bindings. These have been fantastic. They actually improved the skis, giving me a much more precise feel, because of a more secure connection between the boots and skis. Atomic sells a red version that is the same. Highly recommended.

One Of The Best !
These binding have an all-metal frame and are very tough! They have a good range of spring tension for any skiing style. I would also say that these bindings are not for beginners nor skiers who weigh less than about 160ibs! They hold me when I need them to stay, and they release before I get injured. They also look great and have an easy to operate release when you are ready to take the off.

Bomber
Super bomber binding, dont feel nervous on it at all. Low profile tow is great. Solid construction all around. Would buy over last years model, would buy again.
