My "GO TO" cake pan
I have had this cake pan for sometime now. It is my "go to" cake pan. Never a burnt bottom because of the air insulation. Easy to take apart and clean. Should be hand washed to keep the shiny finish. Also, as others have stated, the bottom can be used as a cover which is an added plus! Highly recommend.

What a good idea!
What a cool idea! I saw a friend using one and I had to have it! Only one down side - when you put the lid on, it becomes too tall for some shelves in my refrigerator.

The plating washed off fist time in dishwasher. Poor quality plating!
Not dishwasher safe. Plating washed off pan first wash. Very disappointing! New pan looks awful but I will buy another and hand wash only

Best cake pan I own!
This pan is perfect if you like your cakes and brownies to rise. Make sure to grease the bottom of the pan well. This is my favorite cake pan of all!

I have owned this pan for several months and enjoy how it bakes. Also, the under layer also works as a lid after the item is baked which is great for traveling. Another plus - it is made in the USA!
