This is my first time growing pinto beans and I wasn’t sure how successful I’d be. I knew I wanted organic, heirloom seeds and Isla’s Garden has a good reputation. I soaked six seats overnight in warm water, then planted them about 2 inches deep in my raised garden bed. The photo shows all six of them after four weeks of growth. I’m a very happy newbie gardener!

Ordered May 19, received May 20 and planted that day. As of June 1st plants about 2 inches tall. Close to 100% germination.

Live in central Florida and probably it was not the time of year to grow them. They germinated but that was about it, could be my fault.

Out of 50 seeds only about 15 came up, under my grow light

I soaked the seeds and planted right away. Still no plants we received 2in of rain. Still no plants. 0% viability.I need a refund.

I have little seedlings! Always a thrill! Planted ten days ago :)

Only got about 40% germination. Started other (2 year old) pinto seeds at the same time And got about 80% germination, so I suspect these are pretty old seeds.
