pros: its a durable little phone and the touch screen works well with great sound and easy set up and activation with existing verizon acct...cons: this phone will not let you download any type of social media apps, (i.e. facebook, snapchat, youtube, instagram ect. ect. ect at al), a real draw back when getting it for a teenager who wants that sort of thing. As well, the battery life does not seem to last long, but that could be in part of user. Overall happy with it because now i can at least call my boy.

Good value!
My teen dropped his android phone in the toilet. Super happy that I was able to get him replacement at a reasonable price. Camera is not great.

I did not like the phone. It didn't have the apps I needed.

Good camera, long lasting battery
The phone is easy to use and does everything I want it to do. The camera takes pictures that are clear and higher resolution than I expected. The battery lasts a long time.
