iPhone Xs Max Case, Full-Body Rugged Thin Clear Bumper Case with Built-in Screen Protector for iPhone Xs Max 6.5 Inch 2018 (Black-Clear)

Nice case...full coverage, full protection. Only downer was the instructions are so small and inside of the case. Wasn’t sure how to open the case to get the instructions. Put the instructions on the outside of product but still in the box.

Two stars are for the protection to the cell phone. This is a sturdy case and was fairly easy to get my XS Max into. One star is removed for each of the buttons that cannot be used because the case is so hard. The two volume controls on the left side and the on off button on the right side are hard plastic and extremely difficult to push. I need to use both hands to operate any of these three button switches. I’m going to give this a few days to see if daily use frees up the buttons any at all. If so, I will update and give a more favorable review, however this thing should work out of the gate. I cannot recommend this item to anyone

Extremely difficult to open and the opening instructions are inside the case. Had to use a butter knife and tweezers to open and it's impossible to keep the outside plastic in good shape while trying to rip it open with tweezers. Certainly not a case easy to open a second time so make sure there's no dust around you. I accidentally had a dog hair enclosed and had to open a second time. The case looks terrible now.

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!! This case will scratch ur phone very bad!! When I got my iPhone In the mail from apple the first thing I did was put it the case. I just took it out the case for the first time and it’s completely scratched on the top part of the phone.

Pros: super easy installation, durable cover, does not add a lot bulk to the phone.Cons: 1. the screen "protector" is garbage. I carfeully cut it out with a sharp knife, got a tempered glass protector, it does fit prefectly around my new screen protector.2. the flaps for access to the mute button and the charging port are WAY to rigid, it puts alot of unneccessary lateral torque on the charging connector which in turn can damage the port. I took my trusty sharp knife and cut grooves in the "hinge" part of the flap until it was acceptable to use the charging port with unneeded pressure to the connector and it still closes quite well.

Once removed to clean, the poorly designed Chinese plastic innercase scratched the BeeJesus out of the chrome edge of the phone. Clean the screen? Oh, it takes about a day and a half for the cheap plastic insides to fall off and get all over the screen. See previous.

I had this case on my phone for about a week and it was super scratched up. The screen protector seemed promising until it stuck to the screen weird leaving this off glare. Durably but not useful, ended up buying a better case because this one was not described well.

This case is great! I am pretty rough on phones and usually have to buy a new case every 6 months or so. I've had this for a year and still going strong. Super durable and protective. I'm always dropping my phone on gravel and rough surfaces and not a single scratch to my phone itself. The case has some small scratches now but that means it's doing its job! Very happy customer! 10/10, would recommend.
