I put these in 79 apartment bathrooms
After putting in 79 of these, I have my opinions. They were very easy to install, some tenants complained because the water pressure is almost uncontrollable. For an adult that uses the faucet on a regular basis, it is fine you just learn to not pull the handle all the way out. The problem is kids don't understand this and they end up splashing water out of the sink and all over them every time. The upper arm also spins side to side so that is great if you are filling a container with water and need the facet arm out of the way for a minute, but for kids, this could allow them to spin the faucet out of the sink and turn it on.After three weeks we went back and checked them all for leaks, no issues! I was only concerned because the baskets inside the drain seem to be tarnishing too quickly and I am concerned about getting replacements as needed. Other than that, everyone loved the look and everything about them. I liked the cover plate because it was just big enough to cover the stains from the old faucets and seemed to give a good seal around it. The tool provided for install was very handy and I loved that it comes with supply lines. Another savings when you are looking at doing large quantities. We did some in brushed nickel and some in Chrome. The brushed nickel seemed to have a stronger, better quality metal than the chrome, and of course, helped to hide the water spots, but both were good overall for the price. I would buy again at this point. I just hope they hold up over time.

Needs clearance for the control arm
1. It’s a beautiful faucet and seems high-quality.2. In many applications the backsplash might get in the way of the hot water activation as you need a fair amount of space behind the faucet to work the knob. You might get around this problem by rotating the base, but I thought it looked wrong. I’ve included pictures to show different positions in which this could be installed to get around this issue. I thought they all looked wrong.3. The faucet swivels around, which is useful, but could be messy if you turn it so it’s not in the sink and then leave it on. Perhaps that would never happen.4. I had to return it for a less beautiful faucet with the controller on top.

Great Price, Needs Many Modifications
Updated 4/2019:Bought two more for my other bathrooms. Faucets themselves have become easier to install, but the new drains are a huge pain. They both leaked and required PTFE tape around the threads (this type of plastic isn’t safe to use putty with), and the pop-up mechanisms have become unreliable. They get stuck often when you close them. Also the first two faucets they sent both had scratches and defects. Compared to my original order I’ve just had a lot more problems and headaches. They still look great and are a steal for the price, but they require a lot of extra work to be fully functional.Original 4-star review 10/2018:I’m slowly remodeling my tiny half bath, and I really wanted a black gooseneck faucet that would coordinate with one in my kitchen. Most weren’t easily compatible with my existing centerset sink (which I’m not replacing yet), so this was basically my only option, but it worked out just fine. Glad it came with a matching deck plate and drain. The drain and deck plate are both plastic I think, but I don’t mind that too much. There is a minor defect on the handle, but it isn’t really noticeable, so I chose not to exchange it.Note on water pressure: the included aerator was a much higher gpm than standard, I measured it at about 3 gpm. Standard is 2.2 gpm or so, so this makes quite a difference and caused tons of splashing for me. I easily replaced with another aerator, a Tiny Junior sized cache aerator from Home Depot, for about $5. It’s much better now, and more economic, at 1.5 gpm.

Kit includes everything
Came with everything you need. I almost bought a lower cost item but noticed for my application i needed the base plate and stopper. This kit cpmes with everything you need. Installation took me 2 days because of 2 stop valves under the sink that I had to go on YouTube to for remedy options.Job can be done by 1 person in under hour.Advice: before installing in a condo built in 1964 with 1 main to 4 units, check under the sink to make sure the hot and cold water valves open completely and shut completely. If they don't you may want to schedule repair on the valves first.Note: to open the stop valves I used a combination of WD-40, boiling water in a rag, and a rocking motion to open and close.

Just one thing
Not a criticism but an advisory. The unit must be installed with the handle front and center and not to either side. Otherwise when you tighten it down it will lean slightly to the left and not be perpendicular the way you want it. This is because the bolt is not centered correctly. Most similar units I have bought of the cheap Chinese version do not do this. Otherwise its good quality and all the tools are in the box. I have the brushed nickel version.

Very nice fixture
I bought this for my bathroom and it looks lovely. The supply line came attached, which is a $10 savings from faucets without supply lines. My only issue was with the pop up drain. It came in two parts and water was leaving from the middle where the two parts joined, despite being tightened. I used a separate pop up drain. Also, make sure the aerator is tightly screwed using the blue aerator screw. The water pressure was out of control when I first turned the water water on.

Great value, simple single lever operation
Update (10/14/20): Final installation pictures added, this is for a disabled parent (right side), so we reversed the handle to the left side. Swivel faucet head works well too. Installation was a breeze. Recommendation: Inspect the drain piping BEFORE arriving for the job, had to make a run to hardware store to pick-up a replacement P-Trap as the existing metal one was severely corroded.Summary: Ordered to replace a 20 year old faucet.Recommendations: Check your hose lengths before breaking any joints to install the new faucet.Pros: Good fit & finish; all required hardware included; drain included.Cons: None. Conclusion: At $39, this is 5-stars.

Piping was too big for the holes in our new vanity
I was very happy with the look and feel of this faucet but when it came time to install it on my new vanity, it was too large to fit through the porcelain holes. A difficult problem to fix. I’d expect the faucet and pieces to be a pretty standard sizing.
