I love these chairs, comfortable, look great and easy to wipe off. These were my first put together item that I didn't need someone else to help me. 6 screws. Just wish they would do away with hex key and go to standard screws. But other than that can't be more happier with them.

I have owned three of them for over a year now, and I must say they are both comfortable and stylish.

I got the black with the black base, love that! Easy to assemble and they were packaged very well, no problems. BUT found out they don’t raise while you’re in the seat. So If you want it to the highest you have to get out and do it, then jump up in the chair. Major design flaw. But they’re for my pool room. So keeping them around my bar height should be ok to get in and out of. A little wider would be nice, I’ve got some friends that aren’t big but maybe just enough that these might sit tight. But if you have ones without arm rests then that might help with “width” I wanted the arm rest option. Some people mentioned you can’t pick them up to move without the base falling off. Mine seem to be secured in enough to pick up. Overall really nice for the price!

I have a bar top desk so I needed a chair high enough which was hard to find. I decided on this one because it looked the most modern for the price. It came exactly as expected. Super easy to put together. Its comfortable and not an eye sore like other options.

We also had a color match issue with the second order of them and the company's customer service was very courteous and prompt in handling the exchange. Very impressed and happy with our experience so far.One bit of advice to anyone interested in buying these: they don't come with any washers and not crucial to use any but if you want more stability and durability, you should invest in using suitable washers for (at the very least) the 4 Allen bolts that attaches the bottom metal plate to the bottom of the seat. I used suitable washers for both the hand rest bar and the bottom and they are very solid now.

I was surprised by how comfortable this chair is & how durable it is too. I use this chair as my work chair & have no issues sitting in it 8+ hours at a time.It has great up/down movement, pivots easily/quietly, & the materials are good quality. The seat does hold some heat, but doesn't cause it to stick to skin/clothes.Bonus point that I was able to put it together in less than 10 minutes without needing to re-read the directions every few minutes.

These are nice chairs, soft, easy to assemble but these chairs are extremely small. The back should be a few inches taller, the arm rest, well basically for holding onto to get in to the chair because once your on the chair there so low your arms or elbows won't even come close to resting them on, and then the seat cushion needs to be another 3-4" longer. These chairs just simply are not made for a adult person. Now they have nice material for padding, and seem to be a well built chair, I just wish it fit a adult
