Used this flour in place of regular recipe
Instead of scouring the Internet for weird gluten free recipes (that’s been hit-and-miss), I took a good old friend recipe for banana nut muffins (nuts can be substituted for chocolate chips), and it turned out wonderful. Not as fluffy though - it looks like although the dough went up in the oven it somehow settled/came down, as they don’t have the typical mushroom like rounded tops but instead they are sunken tops. I can’t complain for taste though as taste is delicious, nutty, very good! I ate 5 muffins (out of sheer joy) but will limit to 1 a day from now on. I felt super light and was hungry in an hour so I know for sure they are very diet-friendly. I’m happy!!! Now muffins and cake is possible on keto/paleo diet (I’m just in gluten free diet but I avoid rice because of arsenic in it). Obviously portion control goes a long way - but so far I’m loving this flour. I’ve baked with almond flour prior to this and these muffins are the winners in my book.

Best GF flour ever!
This is the best flour combination I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot of GF blends in the last 8 years! Just recently my daughter found out that in addition to being gluten free she now has to avoid soy and rice! This flour blend is free of all three allergens! I thought I was going to have to start from the beginning with my recipes but this flour is amazing! Our pancakes were so light and fluffy we couldn’t believe it!! I kept checking the label! It’s not grainy at all and it tastes great! We made chocolate cake today and it was also delicious. This is the best GF flour blend out there!

Great tasting gluten free, rice free flour!
This is a fantastic product! I was using the King Arthur gluten-free flour, but decided to look for an alternative that didn’t have rice in it. I was getting concerned about all the arsenic my daughter was eating by being on a gluten-free diet. This taste so much better than the king Arthur - my baked goods don’t taste like flour anymore! I have also cooked with it in savory dishes and it works great. The company has great customer service. I emailed them a question about the product and received an answer within an hour. So thankful for this product and company!

Life changing!!
This product is amazing for people who have severe allergies and gastro paresis. My daughter is gf, rice free, potato free, soy free, dairy free, coconut , tree nuts, peanut and egg free. So teff and oat are her friends. I made her a beautiful artisan bread with oat milk yeast, salt, baking powder, baking soda and olive oil. It came out amazing. She can have toast or make a sandwich. I also made pancakes that came out beautifully. Thank you for thisprecious gift.

Food allergy sufferers beware!
I am very disappointed in this product. I ordered it for my son who is on a restricted diet (gluten, dairy, and egg free) and is highly allergic to tree nuts. I’m grateful that they put a sticker on the bag to disclose this info, but it is not on the pictures or stated in the description and the product is not eligible for returns.

Tasty gf all-purpose flour without arsenic.
Finally, a flour that is gluten free AND rice flour free. Rare to find. Very good. I use it for any recipe using all purpose flour: breads, muffins and cakes. Pizza too. No "cardboardy" kind of feel and taste on the palate that so many Gluten free flours tend to create. Recommend.

Too good to believe.
Good as muffin or cupcake. Added fresh strawberries the first time and they were so good I thought I would try them just as cupcakes with vanilla frosting. They were good both ways but actually better with just fresh strawberries. Simply amazed at how soft and moist they are. I am not a healthy eater, I just have to avoid gluten. There is no after taste and even my friend who doesn't eat gluten-free requested a second batch!

Rice Free
Jessica's Gluten Free all purpose flour is a constant go to. Gluten intolerance is hard at best but throw in rice intolerance and it is harder yet. So happy to have a good go to gluten free flour that works for all the intolerances in our family. Thanks Jessica
