Just because something is organic doesn’t mean it’s any better ^ opt for non-gmo, your pesticides would be found ten times more there :-)

Why 8g sugar-seems high?

Hello, thank you for the excellent question. The 8 g of sugar mainly comes from apples and the natural sugar present in them. There is also a small amount of sugar in the coconut nectar. The sugars in apples and coconut nectar are low glycemic meaning they will not cause a high insulin spike the way refined or white sugar will. In comparison, a large fresh apple contains about 25g of sugar. Hope this helps!

Is that really $10 for 5 wraps?

Now it's $12, for just 5 NON-ORGANIC wraps that may, or may not contain organic ingredients at the time you buy them. I'm going to make my own teff wraps and save a lot of money!
