Barcel, Mini Takis, Fuego Rolled Tortilla Snacks, 25 Count (1.2 Ounce Each)

I'm a snacker. I like healthy snacks like nuts and veggies. But I also tend to indulge in less than exemplary snacks - every so often, I'll go into 7-Eleven and see if there are any new items in the junk-food world that pique my interest. On one of these expeditions several years ago, I discovered Takis Fuego and it was love at first bite. I love spicy food and lemon is a staple in my diet. So this spicy/sour snack was a perfect little treat for me. I didn't eat it too often since it's obviously not a healthy but I would get a good size bag about once a month. I even introduced Takis to several friends and even the ones the don't like spicy foods/snacks ended up liking these - one said "they make my mouth burn but they're so addictive." I don't know about this whole mouth-burning thing (although I'm more tolerant of spicy food) but I definitely agree with the addictive thing.Unfortunately, since I moved away from CA to DC, I haven't been able to find them. It might just be the part of DC I'm in, but I don't have a car here that I can freely explore with. And there aren't any 7-Elevens around and I haven't been able to find them in local grocery or convenience stores. So I was glad to find them on here. I wasn't thrilled at the price (although they come out to less than $1/bag) since these are just snack-size bags and the per ounce cost is much more than I would pay for a normal sized bag. But IT'S SO WORTH IT nonetheless.

I am a big fan of Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and I heard about these online, so I decided to try to find some. Unfortunately, no one in the Northeast seems to carry these, so to Amazon I went. I decided to go with these single size bags as it seemed to be the best deal. As these are single size portions, the chips are smaller, but the flavor is AMAZING! I can't eat super spicy things, but I found these to have a pleasant, tolerable heat. The lime flavor helps to cool the spice, I think. Think of these as rolled-up Doritos, but a thousand times better. I really wish I could buy these in stores around here.

This is a better choice than the regular big bags in store. Takis taste great and there is no doubt about it but with these bags it is better. They're directly imported from Mexico so all the bag is written in complete Spanish. But what I like to do is step on them and crush them into little crumbs and then eat them, it is more fun that way, with regular big bags you cannot do that.

Sadly, NO. This little boy in a hospital three states away from here wanted ONLY this package of Taki's (25 pack) from his father when he had to be transported 2 1/2 hours from his home in an ambulance....BUT...the product took too long to be delivered through the mail (?) apparently and the young boy was discharged about four or five days after admission so left the hospital before his package ever arrived. I assume it did arrive, never heard from the hospital and it was never forwarded...sorry!

I saw a coworker snacking on these one day and I thought thru looked yummy. I didn't know her all that well so ib didn't feel comfortable asking her for a couple to try. So I bought a big pack for myself. They just looked so delicious. I just was not prepared for the powerful punch these chips have. I was in for a shock.Perhaps it's just me. Maybe I'm a wimp. I don't know. I probably am. It's just that these were so powerfully hot that I had a difficult time at first. At hot as they are, they're also exceptionally delicious. That's why I didn't want to stop stuffing my fave wirh them, even though my mouth was on fire. It felt like red hot flames were sneaking out of my mouth.I just grabbed a glass of milk and "soldiered on". These are excellent. I'm not kidding. I highly recommend these.

Bought these as a gift for my husband and he loved it! I like that they were in little bags. I didn't realize it when I bought them, but it is perfect that way. Good for snacking on the go.

We moved from San Diego to a small town in WI. My teenage boys were able to walk to the gas station & buy Takis with their friends in SD which is something they truly missed and are not able to do now. We are rarely able to find them here so I took to Amazing Amazon for the search. I can't bring the Sun here or the friends but thanks to Amazon & this seller I am able to provide then with the joy of talkies once again. And the new friends are loving them also. THANK YOU!

So these are obviously a great product. It's the brand. They're great. Just moved to New Hampshire from Florida where it's rare to find these anywhere so I ordered them. 5 stars for taste, 3 stars for price. In Florida a pack of these is only $9 or $10. Amazon has definitely overpriced them.
