Love, love, love!
Really happy with this pillow - I took it out of the box and fell immediately asleep while trying out the millet side! It's peaceful and dreamy. The buckwheat side took some getting used to. Eventually I removed about 4 cups of filling and it became like a squishy beanbag that I could conform to whatever shape I wanted. I stored the extra filling in my fridge in case I want to refresh the pillow later on. I can't imagine sleeping on anything else now, and I even take this pillow along when traveling. It has a concealed zipper on each side to access the buckwheat and millet. The pillow smells wonderful and it's not noisy at all. I wish I'd found this a long time ago - I will never go back to polyester or even feather pillows which get clumpy over time.Bought one as a gift for my aunt who is 97, so she can prop up her legs or arms and get comfortable :)Yes this is smaller than a regular pillow, but it doesn't matter because it's as big as it needs to be. You shape it under your head and neck and it supports your body perfectly. My boyfriend grabs it when I get out of bed in the morning - I think I need to get him his own!

Love My Bucky!
Been sleeping on this pillow for one year now and I will say that my migraine headaches have gotten better. I double covered mine so that it wouldn't stretch out and flatten out as much which I think also helps with the noise a little bit. I like the fact that even double covered, I can still mold the pillow as needed. I wish I knew exactly how long the hulls are supposed to last before refilling? If anyone has any ideas on this I would love to know... After sleeping on this pillow for 1 year now I am absolutely unable to sleep on anything else. I left it in a hotel room once and the staff saved it for me on a one week turnaround and during that week I realized what a difference this pillow makes! No suffocating pillow around my face, no stuffy nose, no headache, no face wrinkles (added side benefit...lol!) the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would love for this pillow to be just a tad longer from side-to-side. This company does not make a larger pillow and although other companies do, there have been reports about bugs in the others pillows, something I have never heard about from this company. So, that said, I prefer my pillows to be bug-free so will put up with the smaller size and will sleep peacefully knowing that bugs have not infested my brain!

Supportive, Zipper Openings Offer More or Less Fill for Comfort, Uniquely Adjustable
Even though I don't always love this pillow in the moment because it can feel firm, I do always love it for what it does to align my neck and shoulders and help alleviate pain. We have four Bucky pillows in different styles and sizes but most highly recommend the Duo Bed Pillow. The zippered outer pillowcase is comfortable, washes well and is durable. The inside pillow is also zippered and will allow you to get in there and remove as much fill as you would like to customize the fit. The millet is softer, the buckwheat firmer. Because I prefer a flatter pillow, I usually remove filling that almost fills a gallon ziplock bag which I then store away. Once in a while I add a bit back. Unlike any other pillow I've tried (and I've tried many) this one can be adjusted by simply placing your head on the pillow and shifting the filling up-down-around the ear-under the neck-whatever. If I want to be on my back to read on the iPad or watch TV, I shift the weight toward the lower part of my neck for support. If I want to be on my side to read or watch TV or sleep in my usual position, I shift the weight around my jaw and ears and face until I am most comfortable. I never have that sunken feeling that can happen with down/alternative pillows. Admittedly, I sometimes like a softer feel in a pillow and grab a down alternative I keep on hand, but my neck never appreciates it bymorning. I don't think the Bucky Duo could be my one and only pillow forever and ever, but it is the safest bet for a good night's rest for my head and neck and shoulders and the one I usually use.

Worth the cost?
Good pillow, is it going to change how you sleep; doubt it. Got this pillow to help me sleep, smells nice, earthy scent, but I don't think the quality of the pillow matches the price. I ordered two when I was having some trouble sleeping. The pillows do take a little while to get used to, but I did get good sleep when I used them, were they any cooler than traditional pillows, perhaps a little but not ground breaking. My disappointment came when I was emptying a little of the fill out, and upon re-zipping, the area behind the zipper ripped; rendering the pillow useless and mess creating since all the fill could now leak out the side. Good thing I still had one good pillow.

Avoid the millet hull fill
I've been sleeping on a Bucky pillow for over 20 years and loved the support. That being said, the dual chamber with millet hulls/buckwheat hulls was my worst purchase ever. The millet hulls shift too easily and I lose the the support I need for comfortable sleep. I ended up ordering another Bucky pillow to replace the millet hulls and to have reserve buckwheat hulls for future refills. I tecommend going for the straight buckwheat hull fill for anyone looking for a superior adjustable support pillow.

Not what I expected
This might be a great buckwheat pillow. I had never tried a buckwheat pillow but the reviews were very good and a friend highly recommended it. Buckwheat just isn't for me. It was like laying your head on a sack of grain. It was firm and supportive for a side sleeper like me, but too hard and grainy feeling.
