These arrived today, the 5th of February, 90 capsules, 1 a day, Expiry date: April 2021. I would say this is unacceptable to sell. The date should not run out before I can even finish them. It is expensive enough too.

Oh Turmeric the golden nectar for pain relief. No I'm not being sarcastic but I'm finding these work brilliant after a hard slog in the gym or at an exercise class. I'm not in so much discomfort with my shoulder and elbow after an injury last June to which is a win as normal painkillers fail to work. Yes they do taste awful unless you love the taste of turmeric and so best to drink with plenty of water. They also contain black pepper which helps the turmeric to be absorbed better into the body. So you get 90 capsules which are vegan, gluten and lactose free.

I have taken turmeric supplements in one form or another consistently for several years now, primarily for joint health due to being very active and also to help keep my skin healthy as it's a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, but also to contribute to keeping my mood lifted. It's a supplement I wouldn't be without as I know it works very well for me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice. I add a lot of ginger to cooking as well along with black pepper because as well as adding great flavour they both have great health benefits (ginger especially - look it up!), so I love turmeric supplements that have these added in too, which is quite common now.If you know that turmeric is the right supplement for you right now, then this is a pretty good value choice as if taken at the recommended one a day then this bottle will last around 3 months.

Both my husband and I take these for our arthritis, they do really help, I swear by it.When taking Tumeric it usually comes with black pepper, this has bioperin added which is extracted from black pepper.They are 100% vegan with no additives.Made in Germany.I can highly recommend these and at £14.99 I think they are reasonably priced considering you get a 3 month supply, works out at a fiver per month.
