These are the perfect size for a wrist. The velcro works well to adjust them so they’re tight enough not to slip, not so tight as to be constricting. Comfortable.They stayed cold enough for the recommended 15-20 minutes of icing. They come in a pair, which is good for people doing hot/cold treatment.

tho't this would be so convenient w/the velcro but the fit is looser than expected. gets VERY cold in freezer and definitely cannot put on bare skin even when kept out for half hour, but that may be because need to freeze only for 20 mins. and not overnight. when put in microwave gives off an odor. it does seem to relieve arthritic pain but any cold or warm compress would. price is good for getting two but like older ace w/cold compress best, easier to use.

I broke my wrist a while back and am now going t physical therapy. I store this is the freezer and put it on after my exercises. I find it ver soothing

They cool down in the freezer within 2 hours, as advertised and heat up well, I found they took a little more time than in the instructions, but only about 15-20 more seconds. They stay cool for about 1/2 hour, if using for heat I do need to renuke for about 30 seconds after 15 minutes. They fit well and stay on securely, all in all very happy with this purchase

I read other reviews saying it was so frozen and hard they had to thaw it out. Thats because it was put in the freezer too long. If you follow the directions and only put in the freezer for an hour to an hour and a half it works as it should. The same goes for putting it in the microwave.

I gave these to my mail carrier to help keep her cool in this heat. She told me she Heats them and puts them around her ankles and they help her feet. So I highly recommend these

The hot and cold pad work very well, provide just enough comfort when applied to my wrist, and are just the right size to fit with ease.
