Does the job
This is a lens plate. Works as a lens plate should. I purchased this to mount my Canon camera with 100-400mm zoom lens for birds-in-flight photography. I use it with a Jobu gimbal head. The length allows me to balance my camera and lens no matter how far the lens is extended. Highly recommended

Buy it, It is recomamneded for 70-200 & 300 lenses
I have purchased this lensplate to use with my new Jobu Design BWG-J3K . and it really fit perfect. Most common uses are for the 70-200mm f/2.8 and 300mm lens which am waiting for soon. Highly recommended.
