A PopSockets grip is more than a stylish phone accessory. It’s an opposable thumb for your phone. It lets you take selfies like a pro and share with your circle of fans, friends or embarrassing family members. It lets you text things you may or may not later regret with the greatest of ease. It lets you stand your phone up on an airplane tray table to watch a movie. When you’re done, it collapses flat like your bangs in a rainstorm. PopSockets grips are repositionable and stick to most devices and cases but may not stick to silicone or waterproof materials. The product includes a special 3M adhesive disc for attaching your grip directly to a glass-backed phone. You may also buy a separate “mount” to attach your phone to your dashboard, mirror, refrigerator, air conditioning vent or wherever you snack on content. Mmm…content. And now, a little something for all you specification geeks: Diameter: 1.56 inches, Height: .9 inches when expanded, .25 inches when collapsed.

Super cute
I've never had a popsocket before so I can't compare it to others yet, but it seems durable and sticks really nicely to my phone case (its super sticky). It was easy to set up and also came with instructions; don't worry about trying to get the heart to be in the perfect position, you are able to twist the popsocket to make the picture straight once its stuck on your phone.I thought the black in the marble design would be a bit darker, but it still looks cute. I also thought the heart outline was more of a rose gold color but its actually more pink (which was still ok since my phone case has pink on it).The popsocket is easy to pull out but push back in, and works the way it's supposed to.The only thing I don't really like about having it on my case is that it raises the phone off the ground when laying flat, so when I text or unlock the phone, the phone moves and knocks against the table.Overall I really like it. I'm so glad I finally decided to try one out.***If helpful, please click 'Helpful'*** :)

Fake
This is not a real pop socket. It stuck on for a week... now it won’t stick. Buy it at Walmart - it’s real and same price.

Great quality! Unlike competitor brands
I used an off-brand "pop socket" for 6 months and it was okay but eventually the adhesive started slipping and the color was wearing. When I received this pop socket I noticed an immediate difference in quality. The pop socket is a smooth matte, and feels very secure on my phone. I have only had it about a month now so I can't completely compare it to the off brand but I am very pleased with it. This color is matte, I thought the outline of the heart was metallic from the photo but I have no complaints. The design is well integrated into the pop socket, rather than a cheap vinyl. I don't imagine it would ever fade or get dingy. I appreciate the attention to detail, as it's something that will be in your hand daily you want it to last and I think they did a great jobEdit: I’ve had this for 8 months now and it’s in just as good condition as when I first got it! The white is a tad dingy but considering you use your phone daily, that’s amazing. The adhesive has no signs of wear! This thing is rock solid. Will definitely stick to the real deal and not the cheap replicas

I have a better grip on my phone now
I have seen my friends use the Popsocket and couldn't wait to order mine. Upon receiving the item (2 days ago), I immediately noticed the crack in the hearts, which is disappointing. However, the crack isn't worth the hassle of sending it back so I chose to try it out. What I like about the Popsocket is that it sticks to my phone case quite well. I feel confident that the grip it has on my Otterbox case will hold up and I won't drop my phone. I will be honest and tell you that it does not function as a stand...at all. I cannot use it to watch videos as it advertises. The only use I can get out of it is the grip it has on my case and the grip I have while holding my phone. Despite the crack and the stand not functioning, I would probably buy it again. I bought it so I wouldn't drop and break my phone and I am confident it will do its job in that area. Like I said, I've only used it for the past two days, if my opinion changes, I'll be writing a new review. :)

Not at all as pictured!
I normally don’t write reviews but I was so disappointed in this product that I had to warn others. The picture for this pop socket is very deceiving. It appears as if the lips are glittery gold. This is not true at all. The lips are actually just a faded picture. No glittery look at all. It actually looks like it was printed on a printer running out of color ink. It looks very cheap and doesn’t do anything to enhance the look of my case and iPhone. As for the grip I’m still getting used to it but it seems fine. Once I get comfortable I’m going to buy one of these in the store where I can actually see the quality before purchasing.

Great value- super cute!
Not only is this cute, it’s really well made! I was nervous to buy this because some pop sockets have a sticker that looks cheap on top. Not this one! If you look at the angle pic I shared you can see how it’s really nice and looks amazing.

Can't say enough good things!
This was by far the most useful gadget during our vacation. It was a great selfie helper and was able to protect against possible theft from someone trying to snatch the phone during travels. Wife also found it useful to set on the plane tray when watching movies on the phone.

New to the “popsocet thing”
This is the first ever popsocket I have ever used. I decided to get one because I just got a new iPhone 8plus and thought that since the phone is bigger than what I’ve been used to it might be helpful in keeping a grip on my phone. So far, I am happy with it. At first I didn’t think I liked the way it felt, but after having it on and getting used to it. My phone feels so different with it off and I feel like I may drop it without the popsocket. As far as looks and quality it is great. It looks like the picture and I’ve taken it off and put it back onto my phone numerous times and it still sticks to my phone perfect.

Not Popsocket quality!
I returned this item as it was a fake! I had an original popsocket which I brought directly from the company online but it was starting to break after having it for a good few years so it was time to get a new one. I have Amazon Prime so I thought why not to get it quicker but was extremely disappointed as it would not stick on to my phone case. I followed the instructions on how to clean my case and once stuck on to the back, to leave the popsocket for 6 hours before using. I left it on overnight! I noticed that the entire design of this item was not the same quality as my previous Popsocket especially the adhesive. I ended up buying it from Popsocket directly!

Not good
Either the quality of PopSockets has gone down or this is not a genuine part. My finger barely fits in it when fully open and I have child-size fingers (I wear a US ring size 4, which is extra small). There are also sharp edges on the seams, which my first one didn't have (so my finger gets scratched when I use it). I wish I hadn't thrown my original away so I could compare the difference.

Cheap and lasted a week - avoid!
As soon as this arrived I wondered if I'd been sent a cheap knock off. Appears not and this is a genuine popsocket. Badly printed design stuck on, so if you're expecting a shiny, high quality design, think again. I found it extremely difficult to peel the outer layer off the sticky side as there was no flap to help with this. Do not attempt if you've just had a manicure. Once peeled off, I did think that once stuck onto my phone, I'd never get it off, it was that sticky. Nope, I was wrong. After about a week, it fell off my (very expensive) phone while I was holding it. I'd suggest avoiding this product.

tolles Gadget

I think this is either fake or very poor quality
I bought a pop socket from Boots using a gift voucher, having seen them before but dismissing them as too expensive. I liked it and it worked well, helping me to hold my phone sturdily and easing finger pain. However, a family member coveted it - after much badgering I relented and gave them it, thinking I would buy myself another from Amazon. I was enticed by the cheap price - I never understood why they were £13-15!Well it turns out that this £7-8 one from Amazon is 1) paler than the image shown 2) scratches easily and more importantly 3) does not adhere properly.Within a couple of days it was falling off - it would have a stretch of being 'ok' then slip off again within a day or two - I gave it a good go but it didn't improve. This sounds like a minor annoyance but actually caused me to drop the phone at least 3 times, luckily only breaking my phone case and not smashing the screen.Popsocket themselves advise wetting the back of the sticky label ... I tried that and but it just killed the poor thing completely, it was like when a child at school gets a sticker but by the end of the day it's fuzzy and falling off - barely clinging on, no adhesion and definitely not up for carrying the weight of a phone in your hand.I don't know what to advise if you are thinking of buying this for a stocking filler, but Amazon have told me I can return it for a refund which is a faff but is at least something. Keep your packaging I suppose - or buy one from Boots (or pinch a genuine working one from a relative!)
