MANOSOL Perfume Grade Denatured Ethanol Pack Of 3 (1 Liter Bottle)

Love this product. Before buying this product, I’ve tried various methods to make my own perfumes with essential oils. None worked. Bought this recently & its outstanding. Blends well with essential oils.

Perfumers alcohol should not have a strong smell, but this one has!Still manageable as we don’t have much choice in India

I feel DEP is very high. For a 100 ml perfume bottle, if we take 85% (v/v) manosol, it will be 69 gm manosol (100% solution x 85% manosol x 0.806 gram per ml). As 3% of this weight is DEP, DEP is approximately 2 gm (69 gm x 3%). Now, considering whole 100 ml solution is 89 gm (69 gm manosol and say, 20 gm perfume), the DEP w/w turns out to be 2.25% (2 gm/ 89 gm).In contrast, generally all branded perfumes available in market mention that the solution contains less than 1% DEP w/w.Please correct me if I have calculated improperly.

There was little leakage in 2 bottles, there was sticky solution around the cap of all 3 which happen after the leakage dries down. But 1 bottle had more leakage (more than 15%). Havent used it yet, but i hope the liquid does not evaporate automatically in some time.

Product is pure, can use for perfume, package is worst n one cap broken in carrying
