Great unit. Just wish the picture were a bit clearer like it was on our analog Summer Infant monitor. I guess the digital kind isn't as clear. It has been great all this time. We use it with 2 cameras and switch between them with the one handset. The only problem is that the signal can kick out if I turn on the microwave while having it in the kitchen with me. Also, I've found that it occasionally interferes with my wifi and if it's on right in front of my computer, my computer may become very slow or lose wifi. I turn off the handset and it's fine again. It's really weird BUT infrequent and inconsistent. I couldn't give 5 stars for those small reasons, but they are not ever a deal-breaking nuisance. Overall, I would definitely recommend this camera. I love that I can pan my kids' rooms to see where they are and I can talk to them from the handset. I would get it again.

We purchased this case for our Baby Touch monitor after I dropped it down the stairs (they were carpeted so it didn't break) I haven't dropped the monitor since receiving this product, but his has been knocked over on our granite counter and it hasn't broke. Obviously the silicone doesn't cover the screen, so I would imagine that if you dropped the monitor onto something that was bumpy or jagged the screen would break and this cover would do nothing to protect it. But I think it just provides me with a peace of mind that there is a thin padding around the edges in case it falls over on the counter, etc.Update:We have been using this case on our monitor for over a year now. The monitor has been dropped multiple times and no damage has been done. I don't know if the case saved it or not, but I would imagine that when it was dropped and bounced the case helped protect the edges from cracking. Maybe it would have been fine without it, but for such a low price I think this case is worth it for sure!

Second monitor I've owned and this one is great. I got it so I can see both my son and daughter's rooms and it does what I needed it to do. Monitor has been dropped multiple times and now has part of the screen shattered after my husband dropped it in the driveway, it fell in our dog's water bowl and thought it would not work anymore; but with the screen being broken, it does not affect what we need to see. After the water incident, camera shut off immediately, we took the battery out and dried with blow dryer, put battery back and it works like it never happened. I was very pleased because it is expensive and did not want to have to replace it, but it's definitely worth the buy.

We purchased this AFTER our monitor took a few good falls.. It has 3 cracks in the screen over 2 years and 3 babies and the last fall it stopped working for 12 hours. Before it started working again we were looking to buy another monitor to replace the broken on and seen they made this product. I wish i would of know 2 years ago.. but we have it now and it will add enough protection to keep it working.. (ive seen it thrown without the protector on it across the room on to tile floors more than once) and it continues to work. Im sure the case will only enhance the durabilty of the camera.

I ordered this after cracking the screen on our first monitor from dropping it. We had to order a new monitor, but found this to protect it. Within a week, my husband dropped the new monitor and it didn't break! My only critique is that it fits a little loosely with the bottom being open for the charging station. Other than that, it works great.

I have ordered 2 of these. The first one fell on the floor one too many times and so the screen started turning dark. This was after almost 2 years of daily use. Couldn't find another that we liked better so we ordered the same one again but this time with a protectant rubber case that protects it if it falls off the counter.We now have 2 kids under 2 years old. This monitor has a scan function that allows you to monitor both kids simultaneously. It can actually scan between 4 cameras if needed.Highly recommend this monitor!

After almost 2 years, one of the buttons occasionally gets stuck. (The arrow that pans right.) I wish the whole screen was touch screen like an iphone. But it gets the job done and we use it every day! Love the scan feature for both my kids' rooms.

This is so bulky and isn't very stylish. However, it's all I've got and after cracking two screens, I'm going to keep it onthe monitor. It doesn't impact use at all. It charges just as easily.

I had a friend that purchased this video monitor for their child when it was born. She had the pink case. I got the black because I dont know the gender of my child yet. Wish it came in more colors.
