Absolutely perfect - has every aspect I would want and priced incredibly - gave as a gift to friends from China and they absolutely adore this!

It’s a great study Bible! Love it! Easy to locate the verses. I see someone said the paper is very thin, poor quality. Actually, I have several bibles. The smaller one, the thin each piece of paper, and the thin the whole Bible is. You know, how can you make a thin and smaller Bible with big font words and thick paper!!! Don’t be so judging! And God bless everyone who loves to study Bible and God’s words.

The Bible itself is beautiful. I love the leather cover and overall feel.I'm a native English speaker, so I bought this to help me study Chinese. I have no complaints about the Bible. However, I wish there was some indication in the product description that the English would be British and not American English. The differences are subtle, of course (ie. honour instead of honor, practise instead of practice), but it would have been nice to know this beforehand. Also, for a Chinese person trying to study American English, this kind of information would be especially helpful.I received the Bible in about a week, so it came much earlier than expected!

I am extremely happy that I can obtain Bibles for some of my Chinese friends who would like it in their language. I bought this particular Bible for an older grandpa since the description stated it was large-enough print. However, when it arrived, I was a bit concerned. He is almost 90, and I really wanted a large print version of this Bible. However, with glasses, I think he will be able to use it.

This item was exactly as described when I got it. I got it for my father who has recently converted to Christianity and did not have a more modern Chinese/English Bible. He likes it very much and has had no problem with it. In hindsight, the text is a bit small and I should have opted for a Bible with bigger text because my dad is getting on in years, but besides that I have absolutely nothing but praise for this product. I recommend this product simply because it's very much as good as described.

The Bible arrived ahead of schedule (always nice!) and in great shape. The original shrink wrap was still covering the Bible. The print was plenty large enough to read, even for my failing eyes. The outside columns contained the ESV while the inside columns had the Chinese. My Chinese friend, who had never owned a Bible before arriving in the U.S., read the first 12 chapters of Genesis the first night he had it! This is where the real value of this Bible resides, in the changed hearts and souls of those who will read it, many perhaps for the first time.This is the perfect gift for a Chinese speaking friend who desires to learn English, but more importantly needs to know the Lord Jesus Christ.

I bought these bibles for my children in the future due to the Chinese government is going to unit the “talented people” to retranslate the Bible so as to better rule the mainland Chinese people under great Chinese Communist Party Government with the Chinese socialism core value. They’re very well packed! Thank you!

Delivered to my house 2 weeks later than the delivery date. That's ok however, because the product was described exactly the way I wanted.
