Just the job!
We bought this "fountain" to aerate the shallow end of our pond and improve life for our fish - it's really just a big pump shifting a lot of water, not a fountain as such, but our pond is a wildlife pond, not a beautifully groomed feature, so it does the job beautifully. We have it on a time clock which helps a lot. Will have to remove in the winter to prevent damage from ice/frost etc., but no problem. Also helps keep pond weeds down, by the way.

Nearly Perfect
We bought this aerator to put air into a 7 million ltr water during warm weather. It does the job and helps provide good water aeration for the trout population. Only drawback is the screw on float/distribution head. This can unscrew itself occasionally. The result is that hte main pump sinks and the head floats away. It is easily resolved once you recover the 2 parts. (the sunken part easily rescued via the power cord.) A single screw put through the connection once screwed on stops any unscrewing rotation caused by the natural rotation that the high power pump imparts. If you have a aeration problems buy this product. It is cheap in comparison to other solutions and does the job.
