Great - IF you're a geek.
Incredible piece of kit, I added a fan for longevity and recycled screws from an old MacBook for setting it - small laptop screws are ideal if you've got them. Don't forget you'll need a usb keyboard for setup!Touch worked out of the box WHEN CONNECTED - plug the USB lead into your lower port. If you have to ask which thing that is, this device is not for you.On-screen keyboard - Matchbox SUCKS, and Florence is broken... Here's the solution:sudo apt install Florencesudo apt install at-spi2-coreIf you don't know what that is or how to do it, this device is not for you. Here we reach the core of my review - I love this device (will update if hardware fails), but it's for tinkerers. If you're not the kind of person who modded games on Linux in high school, you probably won't like it. If you expect an ipad, move on. It's slow with 1gb of ram, as expected. If that all sounds "duh" to you, buy it. It's fun for nerds and works well.

Touch function not accurate
Great looking screen and not too much of a hassle to put together. The problem with the thing is that where you put your finger or pen does not either work or does not go to the spot selected. Very frustrating.I use it with a mouse, but that defeats the purpose of the screen.I wish I had not purchased it. Certainly not worth the premium price over the non-touch screen.Update: It's dying. Now it kicks off after booting. Poor quality and even worse customer service. They eventually respond but do not provide any help and only want more documentation and video of the device which is troublesome to provide even though it was obviously purchased from Amazon if they would look at the screenshots (which I did and still no resolution.) I wish there was a -10 option for this review. They waste my time!

Not ready for primetime.
Really wanted to like this product and support pi development, but at such a high price expected better QA. Device touchscreen was not great and headphone jack was broken. Contacted support because I really wanted this to work for me. Took over 2 weeks for a response and by then I had returned the item.

It does work but not ideal enough
I'm providing an unbias evaluation here so I will not give all praises only. It's a tablet. Too bulky although the degree of the screen facing upwards slanted is having good visuals. The bulky pi.. pi don't really need a fan. Guess they reserve thickness for the sake of the fan. It can be slimmer in my thoughts. Also, pi slot cover is hard to remove and looks breakable easily. When removing the cover, if you are not careful and over strength may cause the cover to drop to your PI and chances of killing your PI is there. And without the coin screw type, it makes the casing looks really cheap and less professional. The seating in of PI also takes some effort. Wonder why they wouldn't just implement the bolt fastener to seat the PI nicely it shouldn't build up the cost too much. The setup is fairly easy for anyone who knows Linux and knows how to google but not easy for beginners I could foresee. Since the company target STEM and education should build some auto-installer to ease this for students. Consists of installing and configuring touch keyboard, calibration of screen etc. It should help the students to set up easily and come back and review how it works. The touch screen is quite a failure. After calibrating, it is just too difficult to get to the point if you do not have a touch pen. Using For smaller touchpoints like close, maximize the dialog areas or any small touchpoint UI displayed on the screen will be a huge struggle. No complaint on the resolution. I am kind of expecting a touch pen with a string on the option to the tablet. But there isn't unfortunately.Pricing, slightly on the high side considering the material used. The batteries and the graphical card packed nicely and the design idea is worthy of praise but the finishing hasn't gotten much consideration or the manufacturer would probably not experience enough or cost-saving. If this is for rooms to improve for future roadmap, then this will be a sickening strategy. I had seen the previous version does not have space for fan and this one does. Just one small little spacing is not enough to call for product improvement. This PI casing is only workable with PI3. Unfortunately, PI4 uses a higher power consumption and different adapter. Not the manufacturer problem as they built this before PI4. However, the casing makes it easy to modify for PI4.The volume is too soft. Even plugging in the earpiece does not help much. I also realized that when you play youtube if you pause a video. Very often, when you try to playback. The whole tablet just dies. You couldn't even escape from the freeze and has to power off physically by force. Still not sure what causes this. If video is in your mind. A suggestion is to skip this tablet. When playing PI3 videos to television directly, it wasn't that bad. I am not sure this is a PI3 problem or could it be the batteries.Overall, I will say the idea is good. The portability is okay. For programming and none visual resource polling applications, it works decent. The 3 stars are for its average performance since the entertainment application performance is disappointing.

It doesn't work. None of them do
I loved my raspad for the one entire day that it worked. I exchanged a few emails with the company, but when I finally want a video of it not working there emails to me stopped. I may have just gotten a lemon or this might be a reoccurring problem. Would be an amazing product if it worked. And I'd like to add that there customer service also needs some work. I would look into alternative solution if you wanna make your pi mobile.*****update*******I recieved another pad from amazon as a replacement. It didn't work like it should. Screen all distorted and lines everywhere. Save yourself some money, time and frustration. These people are not worth doing business with. And I'm wondering why they spelling in their emails is that of a 4 year old and why all emails end up in my spam folder. Something very shady about sunflounder.

Pressure mark on screen
After installing the raspberry and getting it turned on I noticed a pressure spot on the screen. It's small but stretches about 3 inches. It's not terrible but still for 180 bucks you should get a great screen. Also for the raspberry pi 4 people out thereIt will work with some adjustmentsGet a micro usb to USB type c adapter. The small one that comes with the samsung galaxy s8 works great! Also buy a small micro hdmi to hdmi adapterAlsoDo yourself a favor and buy a fan. It will get hot.I'd give it 4 stars but the screen issue killed that.Might buy again if price drops... alot...
