The unit itself is amazing! It's absolutely gorgeous and I get compliments on it constantly. However, the screws they sent to put it together were way too small so we had to use our own.As for the shipping, that was an absolute nightmare! It took over a month to get here. I think it would have taken longer if I wouldn't have stayed on top of it and constantly called the third party shipping company. Apparently Amazon and the seller do not communicate with one another very well. They only had my city and state. I had to call twice in order for them to get it entered into the system because on the first call they must not have pressed save. When you contact a seller to find out about the status of the shipment they said they don't have access to Amazon system but when you contact Amazon they tell you to contact the seller. Again, we love this unit but it was a freaking nightmare getting it here. Once it did arrive, it was not by a professional delivery service. It was one guy in a pickup truck and a trailer. He was very unprofessional. Good luck 🤞 with your shipment if you do buy this unit. You'll love it, I just hope you're patient.

I’m very pleased with the quality, distressing, functionality & quick shipping. The pieces were securely shipped & already assembled. We only had to remove packaging & bring each HEAVY section inside with a dolly. I purchased when this item was $1700+ & before it arrived, the price was reduced by $300 - Company refused to give me the sale price. They offered a $70 credit instead so I’m giving this item 3 stars. It’s currently listed for $1400 again. Watch for the sale price & purchase. Price fluctuates often.

I hunted for months for a large entertainment center, it was difficult to find one that was quality and not $15k! Saw this one and started reading all the reviews, and honestly sat on the fence for about a month. Finally decided to give it a go, and not let the couple negative reviews detour me. It was delivered by a third party that was great. It came SO WELL PACKAGED!! My husband had it assembled and ready to go in about an hour. I highly recommend. It is a beautiful piece, and the price is really affordable for the quality and design.

We've had this for a few years now and it was a sturdy item when we got it. Still is even though the kids aren't kind to it. Storage capacity is great for books, board games, movies, etc. The pallet like paneling on the back helps keep it from looking to heavy visually.The distressing in it isn't natural. The areas aren't where natural wear would occur over time but it's a pretty minor issue in my opinion. My kids can bang it and scratch it and add to the look.

This entertainment center is my favorite Amazon purchase ever! We had been shopping around for a new entertainment center but could not find anything in the size we wanted for less than $4,000 so we were pleasantly surprised to see the price on this. It came well packaged in multiple boxes. It took longer to unpack than to put together. It does take at least two people to put together. Our 70 inch TV fits perfectly! This entertainment center is a huge piece of furniture and it really became the focal point in our living room!

I have to say that while it's not perfect, I love it and it's worth every penny.

If you want it on time, don't buy this unit!If you want an undamaged product, don't buy this one!If you want a hassle-free exchange product, don't buy this unit!We were so excited to finally get a wall unit that fit, was pleasing to the eye, was affordable and worked great with our decor! Unfortunately, excitement was replaced with disappointment many times over!!Our first unit wasn't on time and then I received a text from the shipping company stating one of the four boxes was very damaged. Bison didn't even know! I explained if that part of the unit was damaged, there was no reason to deliver it. Exchange it! When the rest of the unit finally came, there was more damage! After many emails (they weren't good at keeping us abreast of it all, i.e. I had to email many times just to ask for an update instead of them updating us without having to ask for any of the many updates needed). We had to open the boxes, because pics of the damage that you could see without unpacking it all weren't good enough, unpack and basically send the same pics we had already sent. When I mentioned that repacking the contents to all fit again (making the exchange easier) then and only then we're we told that they wouldn't be picking up the damaged pieces, only delivering undamaged pieces and we would have to dispose of the damaged pieces ourselves!! And, they obviously didn't care that it would take up too much space in our garage.So, we finally got another unit and some of it was damaged too!! Bison blamed Estes and Estes blamed Bison...after listening to both, I would tend to believe Estes because I learned that Bison doesn't use the standard pallets used for shipping furniture and the Estes driver showed me the difference between standard and what Bison uses - no comparison!We ended up mixing and matching from both deliveries to complete our unit and while the end result looks nice, we still had to hide the damage. All in all, I would go a different route if I had to do it again. Oh, Bison offered us $100 for all our troubles - we never saw it!

Packaged well, no damage during shipping. Only 4 boxes. Easy to set up, the only help I needed in getting in uncreated and set up was when I installed the bridge across the top.
