Tzumi 5686, Stainless Steel

I use one of these on my shed and one on my outdoor freezer. the lock bar itself is a bit thin, but no one has messed with it yet. I wish there were a few more numbers on the keypad, but ultimately I use the phone to unlock them and that works great. Overall I'm happy with the value, great price!

Only thing I don’t like when it locks it dose not lock far enough inside them it self. need to secure something important it easy to break. I just used it for my gym locker. Wanted to get another one for my bike. I pass on that.

Kind of light weight, but works for a inside lock

I bought one, returned it and received a replacement. They were both defective, and after the second one didn't work, I gave up. They both behaved differently from each other, and neither of them worked the way the ones that were reviewed on YouTube worked. The first one I received would not hold a charge. As soon as it was off the charge cable it went dead. Even when it was on the charge cable, I could pair it to my phone, by using the bluetooth connection, but then I was told that the lock was already paired to another account, and asked if I wanted to ask the "owner" of the lock if they would release it or something. I said yes, waited a day, and tried again. No joy. It was on the charger the whole time, and it still died as soon as it was off the charger. The second one came, and it was stuck "open" rather than locked. It held a charge, the app on my phone could see it, but again it said that the lock was paired to another account. So I requested control of the lock, heard nothing, and gave up on it. I wasted too much time on it already, and have zero confidence that they will work. Also - there were two different QR codes in each package to identify each lock. I'm guessing the second one was issued when the lock was returned by the first victim? Anyway, none of those four QR codes worked, but connecting via Bluetooth did work. If you buy one, best of luck. You'll need it.

This is fantastic lock for the price, your not buying this lock to protect thousands of dollars mind you but rather to keep the honest person from committing an opportunity theft. App works good but I like the number lock on the bottom better.

Cheap material but works for a the gym

I have only been able to use this item once since I ordered it. After I used it, the battery died and despite charging it, the battery doesn’t seem to hold a charge. I’ve tried contacting the seller, all they tell me is that there’s a 90 day manufacturing warranty for the product. There’s no information about the warranty on the box and I can’t get the seller to give me any contact information. My husband has the same lock and has had no problems with it, that’s why I ordered this.
