Will not work without a total reshape.
If you are looking for a grip that will fit and the gun function, do not buy this one! You better have a Dremel tool or like to whittle. The inside only needed a little bit of barrel sanding in several spots. The out side is the problem. On the right side it rests on the cylinder release and is so bulky the you can not load and unload. The back is so far up that the hammer can not be cocked or fully actuated by the trigger. They did not form fit and function test these grips.

Won't fit the R462
I was going to return this grip set, but after searching in vain for an alternative, I decided to keep it. It does not fit a Rossi model 462 as advertised. An hour with a rotary tool resulted in an imperfect but acceptable fit. That being said, the gun looks great.

Looked great but did not fit the firearm
Grips/wood looked great.Did not fit the firearm.Will have to take out a dremel tool and a drill to remove wood to get it to fit.Unacceptable.
