Cold not warm white bulbs
Hello there, the mirror looks great but unfortunately the bulbs were supposed to be warm white and they are very cold and extremely bright. The dimming feature does not dim the bulbs very much at all. Makes my daughters room look very cold. Not the Hollywood mirror feel we were after. We have since tried three types of bulb to get warm ones to work. Which has cost us a lot. The final ones we have now placed in it do not dim at all they just flicker like a strobe so not brilliant turning on and off. My daughter would be too disappointed to send it back as it is all wired into the wall but unfortunately hasn’t been what we expected. If however the company were willing to replace the original bulbs for warm white ones (as described in the product details) we would be very happy. Also knowledge of where to replace them after that would be superb.I never write poor reviews but really think this time it needs to be said as it’s such an expensive product for what it is. Feedback would be much appreciated, thank you.
