Ordered this for my toddler's birthday - he wanted an ocean themed birthday (wasnt a party due to covid, just decorating a room for him) and this was part of the decorations we ordered. Two negatives - 1) balloons sucked. We got them blown up at Party City the night before his birthday, and at 6am the next day they had all fallen to the floor. Cheap crap. I blame them and NOT Party City because we also got Party City balloons blown up at the exact same time and they lasted at least a day. Also, 2) I knew assembly was required, but was surprised at how much time it took. From fluffing the "paper balls" to stringing the banners and letters for the happy birthday sign, it actually took some time to get the decorations ready. At least it wasn't very expensive, but still I would have paid a couple dollars more to get slightly higher quality stuff.I would have been upset about the balloons but in the end, all these balloons lying on the floor made the "party room" look more like an ocean, as the higher quality Party City balloons were on the ceiling, some of the "medium quality" Party City balloons were hanging in the middle, and these crap balloons at the bottom. But be warned if you want floating balloons - if you "fill them" more than 8 hours before the party they are unlikely to remain up.

We used these decorations for a 16th Birthday party and it looked great. My only suggestion is that you do not wait the day of the party to open the package and look and the decorations. (My mistake.) Some of these took sometime setting up and although the balloons came with sticky tabs to place on the table-who wants to manually inflate 26 balloons? We had them inflated with helium.

I bought this set to decorate a pallet I was using for a photo background at my husbands 40th birthday and the only thing useful in this set were the balloons. For me it was a waste. I didn’t open until the morning of the party and didn’t realize that the Happy Birthday banner and the triangles are not attached or put together. YOU have to put together yourself...who has time for that?! Ended up trashing them, AND the pouf balls were a JOKE! The ribbon they had to hold it in the middle was loose so we couldn’t even pull the tissue paper apart...also trashed those!

Great bang for your buck! The quality was better than expected, and beats buying everything separately and paying twice as much. Everything came packaged nicely and nothing was missing or damaged. Even tiny paper clips and ribbons were included. I don’t think it’s fair to leave a negative review or take off stars because it takes time to make the tissue paper pom-poms, or thread the ribbon through the banner... this is the case for any kind of party-planning and decoration. Give yourself an hour to get everything made and ready to hang. There are instructions on the bag, but if you’ve never made tissue pompoms before, there is definitely a learning curve. Look up instructions on the web or watch YouTube videos to get the best results.

I used this product for a friend of minea 35th birthday. The product was absolutely gorgeous. The colors were the same as the picture. No they were no dull or faded. It came in a clear package. Everything was well put together and in its own separate clear package inside of a clear package. I'm horrible at decorating so the only downside to this was there is no directions on how to put the items together. If you have no clue on what to do with each piece... this package isn't for you. Also it takes a good hour to put everything together. Beautiful supply kit. Definitely work the money. Not very easy at assembling.

These decorations are cute, I will grant them that.BUT....Give yourself a lot of extra time. You'll be stringing the banners yourself. You'll be applying the little plastic hangers to the whirly-gigs. You'll be the one making the pom-poms (no easy fold out and clip variety here!).Honestly, if I'd opened these sooner to look, I would have sent them back. Unfortunately for me, I'm stuck putting these darn things together late the night before the party. What a drag.

I purchased this set of decorations for my daughter's first birthday photoshoot. I was very happy with the amount of items in this set and the variety of decor. The quality of the pieces is good and most everything can be easily stored away for another use, except the used balloons and maybe the tissue paper decorations. They looked great in the photos and I'm glad I made the purchase! I was worried about how the gold letters might be too reflective in my pictures, but that wasn't the case at all. I really loved the simple purple pendants, too.

These decorations are very beautiful, but they are not for quick/easy party set-up. I had to assemble some items in this package. The banners (letters & triangles) I had to string up each section in the included cord. The pom-pom I could not figure out how to assemble them, so they were not used. The instructions included were not very good. The fans, thankfully, were the usual foldouts, so those were easy to do. The hanging swirls needed assembly too, the usual separation of the sections, but I had to insert the little plastic tab that is used to hang. (I almost lost some of these in the rush). The dot garland is the only, pre-strung item in this package. If you purchase these, give yourself time (a few hours/days beforehand depending on your level of stress with decorations) to assemble some of the components of this package. I did not have the time (or help) to properly set-up and a lot of the decorations were not used, which left me feeling like I wasted money. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

This is a really lovely set, with loads of decorations. Loads of thought has gone in it with lovely touches like, individually wrapped, paperclips provided to hold the fans in place and a large needle to 'sew' the ribbon through the streamers. I bought this set to try to make my son's 13th during lockdown a bit more special, and it wasn't at all 'girly'. I struggled to make the pom poms look good but I couldn't do them justice as they were noisy to construct and I was trying to be stealth like with my son still awake upstairs! There are a few bits to set up so don't leave unpacking to set up to the last minute. Really pleased with my purchase, great value for money.

Worth every penny and so easy to set up. Made the room fun and beautiful. Highly recommend, will definitely be buying some more. Also easy to store and still in great condition to use again.

Not quite the colour scheme I was expecting, when I order something I expect to look like the picture I ordered. I wanted primary bright colours like in the picture but the triangler bunting was just awful. Even the Happy birthday wasn't that vibrant either. The rest of the pack was as described. So only 3 stars for half correct order. Would have sent back had I not needed for the next day.

It was fine but be warned, you need to assemble all of the joined up decoration and that takes a long time! Not something to do when you’re in a rush to prepare a birthday party. I would have liked some warning beforehand that it needed to be assembled.

This this AMAZING! So much stuff and very good quality!!!! The only thing is putting it all together, but if your like me and love getting these things ready it is super fun! I really couldn’t believe how much comes!! Thank you for making being in isolation for my daughters 10th birthday a lot brighter!!! Xxxx
