Love, love, love this earpiece!
I own approximately 7 to 9 earpieces at any given time. I have used Plantronics, Samsung, Motorola, Jabra, and many other name brand earpieces since 2002. Surprisingly, this is my favorite by far. It is incredibly clear. My clients can hear and understand me clearly and vice versa. Background noise is completely blocked out. After talking all day and falling asleep while playing music for roughly 8 to 9 hours, I still had 50% battery usage left. My clients can still hear me clearly even when the battery is down to 0 to 1%. Range is 33 feet. The design is very sleek, comfortable, and easy-to-use. The over the earpiece rotates a full 360 degrees. It comes in a neat carrying case that I used to carry my four other earpieces that I have not used since this one arrived. I am very pleased with this earpiece.Update: It's been 2 years and my earpiece is still going strong. I've dropped it multiple times. My pet has chewed on it, just a bit, and it still works. The battery has not diminished in that time. I use it for long trips. I'm still extremely happy with my purchase.Update 2023: Product still works great. It has been bruised and battered but still works. I have tried to update my earpieces with a more discreet ear design, Bose, Samsung buds, other lesser known buds. I have returned to this earpiece for safety, longevity of battery, and quality. The sound is clear for the people speak with. I returned the other earpieces.

Great for audiobooks
I have three of these at the moment. I had another that I lost. One of them went through the wash and the microphone no longer works, but it is great for listening to audiobooks on my iPhone. I also use them for phone calls (obviously not the one with the broken microphone).I like the inner rubber ear loops that fit into my ear, they stay snug and are comfortable so I barely feel them. I can’t stand the plastic loops that go around your ears, they hurt after a while. I also like that they are one ear only, as I often use these around the house while doing chores, driving, or grocery shopping, and I have one ear open in case someone says something to me.I use these mostly for audiobooks. The chatge lasts for quite a while - have not measured it, but at least 6 hours of listening, maybe more. I have two so I can charge one while using the other. The third is because I often misplace them. The range is around 6-8 meters, I can listen one room over but not from the kitchen to the bedroom.I really like these for the price and will probably get more when they break.

Works well, but there are issues.
I like that it has 18 hours of use per charge. I like that my phone calls are clear and without static. I had two before this. I thought this was the same brand, but now I think it isn’t. No one could understand what I was saying on those last two I had.The worst thing about this device is the on/off/connect to Bluetooth location. It is a very narrow rectangle area where one is supposed to push to turn on or off, or pair with Bluetooth. The average finger is too large to push that button. I can only do it with a fingernail. It is difficult to locate the rectangle when you are wearing the device. It is inconvenient but much easier to hold it in your hand to find the right area. Also, the similar device I had previously would tell me the amount of charge left when the device was turned on or off. This company explained there was a battery symbol at the top of the screen that showed how charged the device was. No exact time is shown. I just got a new phone and the battery no longer appears at the screen top.Basically, it works well for me to listen to my music, books or podcasts and to have phone conversations. The sound is very clear.

Fair, but not much better
I have waited to write the review to use it a bit more, and after looking for a replacement for my more expensive Plantronic headset I thought I would give this one a try.Doesn’t fit my ear very well, but what bugs me the most is the usage. From turning it on to using it, I just find it cumbersome and then I’m longing for my old units back the on and off functionality leave a lot to be desired and I always find myself checking multiple times to see if it’s connected. Audio alerts just aren’t great in my opinion.Once connected, the sound is pretty solid and if I get it situated just ride it’s comfortable in my ear , but I find myself fidgeting with it too often.I will continue to use the product and hope it gets better. If so, I will update my review.

So far; so good
So far; so good. I have not had it long enough to judge it fairly. So far, it works as expected and is what I needed. I like the size and simplicity of control. If the durability and longevity of the device is good. I'll let you know. Too soon to tell.

Power button makes it unusable
The sound quality is okay, but not quite as loud as other bluetooths. It's also a little "tinny", like the speak is smaller than other headsets. The functionality of this is mediocre. It doesn't report battery life or tell you its connected. To be clear, this thing has no power switch whatsoever. It has a button that you need to hold down for 3-5 seconds to turn it on and off. You also need to watch for a light to see when you've held it long enough. So instead of just pulling it out of your pocket and flipping a switch on the way to your ear, you need to pull it out and stair at it while your phone continues to ring and ring, and waste seconds after the call doing the same. It's not a small thing; I just ordered a new bluetooth because this one is too aggravating to be usable. If the power button isn't aggravating enough, the only way to hold the headset is by the sides, and to be able to press the power button you have to hold the sides tightly. But since the volume buttons are on the side, holding it tight enough to press the power button also presses the volume button, making the power button not work. It literally takes two hands to turn this thing on and off.
