Good sound quality for earbuds. Seller stands behind product.
Sound quality is good compared to others I have tried. Nice low end, defined midrange and good dimensionality. Unfortunately the first pair died after about 4 songs. The seller replaced them but one was damaged, so they replaced them again. So far this pair is doing good. About 3.5+ hrs of battery between charges. Also the charger case is a little tricky to maneuver - the earbuds have to line up exactly flush or they won't charge. I am going to see how they do and update accordingly.

Bad quality control. Rectified.
Arrived broke. After jumping through hoops with Amazon they refereed me to the manufacturer. Tried contacting manufacturer with info Amazon provided to no avail. Fast forward several months. Finally able to contact manufacturer after hours of online searching. Fast reply to email saying they will replace them. Well no replacement yet.Shipped and received after posting negative feedback. New set works. Clear sound. Comfortable to wear.

Good sound, bad battery (especially in left one)
They cant charge/hold a charge, last maybe 30 mins at a time, will only charge if i take them out of the case, then put them bavk in every 5 minutes. Oh also shipping was over a week which is... longer than im used to.

Good Sound but NOT User-friendly
Not worth it. The sound quality was surprisingly good, however, it is not user-friendly and operational logistics is too frustrating. There's even a "red flag" on the front page of the user manual; "read this manual carefully or you will hate this product as much as you hate reading manuals". I returned the items.

Good product, fair price.
I love the sound quality and size of this device. My only issues were with a 2-hour battery life and connection issues after making a call and returning to music.

Disappointed
So hard to get both left and right to sync together happens so infrequently I usually use 1 at a time. If they were easier to sync and work as a pair they would be a 5 star bargain because device is well made and sound is great

It’s hold no battery life.
This product is one of the most horrible product I have ever brought from Amazon. I hold amazon to the highest standard. So extremely disappointed. I was buying presents for family and I’m glad I stopped shipment. I am returning this one as well. I knew something was funny when I Could not find it a second time to look for reviews. Complete waste of money as time. It can’t even charge to its fullest!!!!! I tried for 2days!!!! Unacceptable in any lifetime.Throw them all away.

Very bad experience
Recived them and one was broken in half. The battery was hanging out. Never got to use them. And these were a christmas gift.
