Came in the most professional/premium packaging I have ever come across for just a USB cable. Look and feel is premium, the micro USB connector is of good quality and has a good grip (unlike many other micro USB connectors I have). The cable itself has premium quality braided exterior, and also comes with a tiny velcro strap attached. Have verified charging currents of upto 1.6 to 2.0 Amps through this, using wall socket adapters. However, for some reason, when I try to charge from laptop USB port using this cable, it shows less than 100 mA of current. Since am not sure if this is due to laptop, or from what, and since from wall sockets it charges fine, not taking any star off for this reason yet. Used one of the USB current/voltage meters available on Amazon to verify the charging current.

Lock of micro USB port get damaged and hence it keep fitted loose to every mobileI approached the call center till now i have good experience about after sale service. In fact impressed with service. With 2years warranty the product failed to make it through half a year. The USB port became too loose that most of the time it just fell-off from the phone.Even after complaining not a satisfactory solution was provided and had to use my 6years old cable as a substitute.Really Disappointed at their SERVICE and DURABILITY!!!!

It is a good, reliable and physically tough charging cable for fast chargers. However it's flexibility appears to be more than required, due to which it applies lot of force on the female portion of the connector in mobiles. If the female connector is fragile, it is likely to get damaged. Amkette should look into this aspect so that this danger of damaging the connector in mobile is removed.
