You absolutely NEED to make it with hot water, or the powder won't dissolve. Once you do that, drink it how you like, hot or iced. This is the closest I've found (after trying four different brands!) to the taste and potency of the tea at my favorite Thai restaurants.

This tastes amazing! It's just like when I went to a festival where no one spoke English and if you couldn't use chopsticks you didn't eat. I managed to get some Thai tea there and it tasted just like this! Best Buy Ever!

It tastes pretty good actually. I just have to get past the fact that it's freakin' ORANGE. I've never had orange colored tea before, but the flavor is balanced and just sweet enough.
