The phone arrived as promised and works well. The case that I ordered doesn't fit it correctly so at first I thought we had a charging problem. However, once I examined the phone in deeper detail, I realized that it was not the phone. This phone has a large display and is a really nice phone. I've had all the Galaxy S series and can compare pretty well with those. It was purchased for a 5 year old and she can work it well, she loves it!

I got his for my 14 year old as she wanted a phone with a better camera. She is extremely happy with it, I must say the camera takes almost as good of pictures as my Samsung Note does, the battery is great it also gets amazing signal. My phone is verizon contract, she has verizon prepaid and with this phone on her prepaid plan she gets cell and data signal while I can be standing next to her with my $500+ phone that has absolutely no signal. She also has no idea that the phone was refurbished (renewed) as it was in perfect condition.

It doesn't work any better than my previous phone!

I went from an old busted Samsung S6 with a battery that would die in a matter of hours to this sleek, fast, awesome phone with a dynamite battery that literally lasts me days. I'm actually really glad I didn't buy an S7, S8, or S9. Its basically the Galaxy you love but a third of the cost. I've had the phone for 3 weeks now and have zero complaints.

We have been on customer service now with Verizon for over an hour. We purchased this phone to use on our Straight Talk wireless service (a 4 hour call). The phone service is NOT the issue. This phone is LOCKED and we cannot get anyone to help unlock the phone to access the network. I would rather have spent 4 times the money for a different phone. I will NEVER purchase another phone from AMAZON ever!!!!! This is my first negative experience with an Amazon purchase and I cannot imagine any purchase being worse than this!

Bought this phone for personal use and so far it's great! Very clean look and the camera quality is great (Front and Back). The initial setup was pretty simple

Good phone for the price but only lasted 3 days before glitching our and being weird. Phone calls could not be received and people had trouble communicating. 3 stars for the price
