Easy Like Sleazy
Installed easy enough. Works well. Gain low and mid range torque with stock carb. I haven't rejetted it yet but seat of the pants say it close enough for now. Everything fit perfectly and the quality appears to be very good.

Top Notch big bore kit for KFX 400
Worked great on my 2006 Kawasaki KFX 400 quad. Perfect fit, no issues at all. This is a top notch kit and has everything you need to install a big bore on you DRZ/LTZ/KFX.VERY high quality product.

Bought Big Bore (94mm) was sent standard (90mm)
As of now I’m really upset and my project is super delayed. After installing the piston I noticed it had an 89 on it and got out micrometer to find that it is in fact only 90mm even though the box is labeled big bore. Not sure if this is CW fault or the seller but I’m upset. If they don’t give me trouble with the return I’ll up some stars because stuff happens but this is pretty ridiculous and the type of thing that make projects impossible to finish.

Just very impressed and happy with this product! Shipped laser fast, arrived perfect in a awesome package that impressed me from the get go! Parts seemed extremely well made and went together as easy as they describe. Would buy again in a heart beat! Now time to go ride this thing ;)

CW is big bore kit was awesome! Parts were perfect fit and if you really want more out of your DRZ, this will do it. I combined it with the FCR 39mm, got big power and loved it, this was an excellent product and got the best price on amazon.

Looking for a new engine now...
Sleeve broke apart and destroyed the engine. Maybe it was just a fluke, idk but buyer beware.
