I was looking for a cheaper but effective alternative to Panaway by Young Living. This is definitely it! Smell them side my side and they are identical. Efficacy is spot on- works just as well for muscles. Highly recommend. The free sample of another oil was also very appreciated and I also ended up purchasing that oil as well… and got another sample.. which I will be purchasing haha this may become a problem! I have loved Young Living's Deep Relief for it's ability to help sore muscles and amazing smell since I found it years ago, but I stopped buying it after my divorce because it is just too expensive. I thought I would try Eden's Garden's version. Wow!!! It smells exactly the same, but more importantly it works the same or even better!!! I am SO impressed!

I love this product so much I've bought it for three different people to try. It reaches deep and helps the muscles relax.

I LOVE the smell and the results from this oil. It feels so relaxing. Also coupled with the fact that my hubby massaged it on to my shoulders...I'm sure the massage also helped me feel better. But it has a nice cooling sensation and a calming scent.The reason I was disappointed is that I found out, after purchasing and using it, that one of the oils in this blend (wintergreen) can be toxic. It has a compound that is found in aspirin...or something like that...but too much wintergreen oil gives the effect of an aspirin overdose and can be very bad. Since I'm pregnant, I decided not to use it for now. So I'm bummed because it was really helping my sore back. Oh well...I will save it for later. :)Just research wintergreen oil before you start using this oil every time you have an ache and pain.

If you know anything about tennis elbow (tendinitis), then you know it's a long road to recovery. I went through a few jars of Tiger Balm before trying Young Living's "Deep Relief" which worked very well to ease the tendon pain in and around my elbow. Then I discovered Eden's Garden and "Muscle Relief" which is their version of YL's Deep Relief. It works just as well and is quite a bit cheaper. "Muscle Relief" is also great to rub on your neck when it's feeling "stiff" or if you notice you're getting a knot in your back. I also use it on my 7 yr old's knees when he complains of growing pains at night. He specifically asks for it, and he says it helps ease his discomfort.As far as the aroma, it has a medicated/menthol smell. But it's not nearly as strong as the smell Tiger Balm gives off. I personally like the smell of Tiger Balm, but dear hubby hated it....so I was limited to when I could use it. He doesn't seem too bothered by the smell of "Muscle Relief", though he's not a fan of essential oils in general. Says the house smells like trees when I diffuse any oils. So you either love essentials oils or you hate 'em. :/I purchased separate roller fitments (roller balls) via Young Living to put in the neck of the bottle. This makes it easy to apply to a specific area without using more than you need (which is easy to do with those little bottles).

I use this to make a muscle pain cream. I put it in shea butter, coconut oil, some frankinsense oil, cinnamon essential oil, and peppermint essential oil. It really helps my back pain.

I don't like or dislike this oil. I bought this because I have fibromyalgia and I'm in constant pain. I was hoping this would relieve some of that and it didn't do anything for me.
