It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Tasty and while pricey, if you do the math considering fresh strawberries are about 90% water, they are actually reasonably priced vs. drying your own, especially if your wife junked the first dehydrator you bought out since you never used it. Taste delicious with 2 thumbs up from the grandson and of course adding a few more to the Special K with strawberries is recommended.

I purchased this at the introductory special price of about $20. Product came the next day and was packed really well. Amazon shipped the item in a box with those air filled plastic balloons, so the item arrived in great condition which was a relief since freeze dried food items are a bit more delicate.Upon opening the bag, the smell of tart strawberries was very noticeable. The majority of the bag was whole unbroken slices. The fruit pieces were light, airy, slightly crisp/crunchy, and had a fresh tartness and mild sweetness. Very tasty and will definitely be using this in smoothies, whip cream, salads, or just to snack on as is. Great product, very fresh, and fantastic intro price. This bag should last a me a while assuming I can keep from eating it too quickly. Will definitely be picking up more after I run out.

I put this in my vanilla protein shake for some added flavor. Tastes great, but doesn't mix well, leaving clumps that remain powdery when you drink them.That the serving size is half a scoop is also odd. Why not just make the scoop smaller ?

It was my error, I purchased thinking it was dehydrated, but it’s not. Tasty, but chewy and moist. I assume that’s good for something dehydrated. Good tasting product regardless.

Color comes out better than I expected. I think will use it more for cake or any pastry I made for coloring. As least I use healthy ingredients. 👍

It tastes really bad. It is upseting I can not return it. It is upseting spending 30 dollars for a prodcut that it completely ruined my buttercream frosting and with this the birthday cake I was making for a special person. I made the buttercream for a second time using different measurements and it didn't work either. I ended up wasting a lot of butter, powder sugar, vanilla plus the 30 dollar this costed. Do not buy it.

I love this powder. So far I’ve used it in my drinks, smoothies, as an ice cream topper, and to make a sit too for my cold brew. Easy to mix and tastes like it should. One ingredient, you can’t go wrong.
