This product was not durable at all. Broke after the first football game. For the price I would not purchase these, you will be wasting your money.

What I like about this brace is that it’s much cooler (I work outside all day long) than other wrap around braces. Does not dig into me like other braces with the metal pieces running down the sides and is very supportive. I showed my ortho this brace and my don Joy neoprene wrap around with the metal pieces in the sides and asked which he preferred for a blown ACL and he chose this brace and said that is his choice for a true ACL supportive brace and best for me as I am always walking in uneven terrain.

If you need this, go to a doctor to get properly fitted. It ended up causing more pain.

Well I will say that the brace is very sturdy and strong, the Velcro straps are excellent, the padding is ok, it’s very easy to put on.I was very meticulous about my measurements and ordered the size recommended by the company and it fits good on my leg. Now for the bad news it slips down your leg I can not get it to stay in place without synching up the straps so tight it cut off the blood flow and is more painful than my knee. I have only had it for 1 day though so I’ll play around with it and see if I can find a way to keep it in place, if not it’s going to be returned as it will be rendered useless. All and all it’s a strong sturdy brace and when in place really helps stabilize my knee, I hope I can get it to stay in place.I’ll up date this review at another time.UPDATE; well not for a lack of trying but I can not get the brace to stay in position. Sorry to say that I have had to return it. It really is a good quality as far as materials are concerned but the brace will not stop slipping down my leg.

The media could not be loaded. I am so thankful for this brace. I tore my acl & mcl in December skiing and I was devastated. 4 months later my doctor told me I could ski with this brace before having surgery. I am so thankful for this brace it’s unreal. I was able to get two days of skiing in before the season ends. I am wearing the ski brace in all photos. For me it fit under my ski clothes. I am a nurse :) listen to your doctor and see if you are able to wear a brace like this. It’s worth every penny. I couldn’t even tell I was wearing a brace while skiing. The only time I felt it was while sitting on the ski lift. The metal pressing into my thigh.

The knee brace worked well for a month and then the outer hinge broke rendering the brace useless. The $175 purchase price seemed like a good deal, but no longer than it lasted I wish I would have purchased a higher end product.

My son, who has had two very extensive knee surgeries play sports and this brace was recommended by his physical therapist! He loves how sturdy his knee feels when he is exercising. It is very durable and he can wear it a long time! The measurements were right on and his size was perfect! Really great product highly recommend!
