Perfect for piercings
This was absolutely perfect for my ear, you can turn it any which way and it will fit for you. My ear fit without touching any of the sides and it is so comfortable. It’s hard enough to where I don’t sink and soft enough to where it’s good for my head. I’ve never had it move and fall away through the night and i move in my sleep lots. Plus there are other uses as seen in the picture! I love this pillow and absolutely recommend for anyone with pierced ears who sleeps on their side.

Purchased as a piercing pillow
I purchased this as a pillow to help my ear piercings heal properly. After reading other reviews I decided to purchase and I’m glad I did.Pros-The ear hole is large enough to use it turned either direction. I used mine most sideways like in my photo. It helps with healing a lot since I slept on my right side and it let my ear sit freely while I slept.Cons-It’s a thick memory foam so while it does squish, it’s rather stiff. I found that I did get some neck pain from the stiffness.However—- I will say that using it more as it’s intended is more comfortable. Like putting your face in the hole to sleep at a desk or even on your stomach works. But I did purchase it as an ear piercing pillow so that’s how I’m stating my review.

Big improvement
I had 2 similar of these from another company here. This works much better and has a more comfortable cover. The cover also comes off much easier than my othetlr one which the foam tore trying to squeeze it through the small zipper opening. One of the other brand pillows had two of the zippers went bad.

Can’t breath thru the hole too small
I bought the pillow because I thought it would be like a chiropractic bed where you could lay down and your face go through and breathe. It was so small it was for a child only also it spelled A bit smelled a bit enough to make you cough. When they face down, you can’t breathe. It’s so hot in them area. The air holes on the side are too small.

Comfortable Nap Pillow with Minor Sizing Issue
This Pillow has been a helpful addition to my napping routine, providing the comfort and support I need. The ergonomic memory foam core offers a slow rebound, making it excellent for quick desk naps or travel. However, I noticed that the pillow has a slight chemical odor when first unpacked, which required airing out for a couple of days. The velvet cover is soft and easily removable for washing, maintaining a clean and comfortable surface. The unique design with an inner hole of 3.93” x 2.75” allows for versatile use, but I found the size of the hole to be a bit small for comfortable face-down sleeping, especially if you have a larger face or use it as a breathing hole.Despite its compact size, the pillow supports various sleeping positions well. Whether I'm leaning back on a chair, laying on my stomach, or using it as a neck pillow, it helps alleviate pressure and provides a decent level of comfort. However, the firmness might be too much for those preferring a softer pillow. For anyone who needs a versatile nap pillow, this is a solid choice. It's particularly useful for slender individuals or teenagers due to its size. If you are looking for more space to breathe through the hole, you might want to look for alternatives with larger openings. This pillow is ideal for those who need a portable, multi-use nap pillow that supports various positions. Just be aware of the initial odor and the relatively small breathing hole.

Absolute BEST Solution for Recently Pierced Ears
I'm well aware that based on the title, I'm not using this product for its intended use. I'll explain why.So I'm sure that for many out there, the biggest issue with getting a new ear piercing, whichever kind it is, is having to train yourself to sleep on a different side than you're used to, in order to avoid irritating or infecting the new piercing. In my case, it was a new set of helix piercings, and while at this point I've had both ears done, for some reason I found it much harder to train myself for this ear, which leads to a lot of restless nights.I've heard a number of people recommend using the C-shaped travel neck pillows you'd use on airplanes for sleeping on a pierced ear, but I didn't buy one of those for two reasons. First, about 75% of those pillows are the kind with the little microbeads, which are near impossible to sleep on for all the light sleepers out there, because all you'll hear are little beads moving. Second is that because of the "C" shape, that often leads the pillow to widening or loosing its form overnight, which is what you don't want when you're trying to avoid making contact with the piercing. There are also "medical" alternatives as padding intended for after an ear surgery, but you're better off getting regular egg-crate foam and cutting a hole in it yourself, and even then, you shouldn't expect any sort of support or comfort. This pillow. however, addresses both of these problems. I chose this one specifically for the "firm" qualities, as most of my normal pillows are on the harder side personally, and this one definitely delivers. I should note that you can probably find other desk pillows like this with a softer memory foam, if you're so inclined. Depending on the location of the piercing, I've found there is always a decent amount of play in the amount of space between your ear and the pillow, depending on how you shift your head, and assuming you have regular-ish sized ears. The only drawback I can think of, if at all, is that this pillow has a noticeably smaller footprint compared to a standard pillow. But considering that in using this pillow this way with an ear inserted into the opening, I don't see the small size as an issue because your head wont be doing that much rolling around.
