Very Impressive Booster Pump
Our home has incredibly poor water pressure because of our home's location in relationship to our municipality water tower. I've been researching booster pumps for a while because there are so many pumps and information/reviews online are sparse - or at least have a different use-case from mine. One of the main requirements I had was a pump that wouldn't shake my entire home. I wanted the quietest pump possible in my price range and the E.Sybox Mini 3 kept coming up. Finally decided to give it a shot and pulled the trigger. When I opened the box and pulled the pump out, a little bit of water came out of the ports. I also noticed what looked like fingerprints on the pump. At first I thought it was a returned unit I got, but now I believe it was just a result from testing before leaving the factory. Not a huge deal, but probably could be a little bit better on the presentation side. The quick start manuals in the box are just okay. You really have to visit the DAB website to get the full manual which is very in-depth. The quick start manual does have a dedicated storage spot under the top lid, which is pretty nice. There's also a maintenance tool included, which I really appreciated. It's plastic and kept me from using a flathead screwdriver and marring the ports up. It also has an end to remove parts for maintenance. This is a nice touch.Overall installation was easy to install - mine was a little more difficult because I had to retrofit a bunch of our plumbing where the line comes in from the outside. First, I was under the impression that the wall mount was included, which turned out to not be the case. After spending a considerable amount on this pump, the wall mount costing an additional $150+ is a little ridiculous. I was able to mount mine on the wall using a French cleat I made. (For anyone looking for more info, the mounting bolt holes on the back fit 6mm bolts). The pump weighs a little over 30 pounds, so if you're mounting it on a wall try to figure out placement first so you don't have to hold it in place and measure.Final installation note was in regards to the threads on the ports. Another reviewer here talked about a constant leak from the threads and I had the same experience. What finally solved it was to wrap the bushing/male threads in teflon tape a bunch of times - way more than you normally would for sealing plumbing threads. Doing it this way finally gave a solid seal and I've had no issues since. After three weeks, the honeymoon period has not worn off - we absolutely love this pump! We immediately jumped up to about 60 psi in our home and it is awesome to have our fixtures working like a lot of homes do. The pressure is constant and it kicks on very quickly. We installed it with a 6.5 gallon tank and a Cycle Stop Valve. With this system we don't have any lag when turning on a faucet and the pump kicks in immediately. There is no noticeable spin up time or lag; it just works when we need it to.The first time I turned it on I was blown away by how quiet it is. When it runs it is shockingly quiet. Noises can be a huge distraction to me and this pump is in the room next to my office and it never bothers me. This feature alone made me feel like we made the right choice with this pump. The smart features of this pump are really nice too. I love that I can dial down the pressure overnight so when my water softener refreshes, the pump isn't pushing as much to keep the pressure up. I can see how much power and water I'm using in the app, and even connect it to HomeAssistant to monitor and automate. There are two apps, one is free and the other has a monthly fee; I found the free one to be just fine.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the pump and glad it was everything we were hoping for.

Works well have had for a year or two.Should have programming instructions with it instead of having to look it up on line!

Great Pump
This is a great pump that does what it promises and quietly. Gave it 4 stars because I lost an hour trying to get the supplied unions to stop leaking and almost gave myself a hernia trying to torque them. As a previous reviewer stated they are not brass and don’t fit the outlets. The solution was to use 1 inch brass male from HD.

Poor quality, received two units and BOTH leaked internally.
I was excited to order the Esybox Mini3 Booster Pump on the recommendation of a local plumber and after reading many positive reviews to replace a 21-year-old booster pump. Our home sits at the top of a hill with poor city water pressure, so we hoped this would solve the issue. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. The initial installation went smoothly—our plumber set up the unit and had it running successfully in just a couple of hours. But about six hours later, we noticed it was leaking. The plumber returned, rechecked, and redid all the connections, yet the leaks persisted. We contacted the manufacturer’s technical support, who instructed us to return the unit. A replacement was sent promptly. However, the replacement pump also leaked almost immediately after installation. This time, calls to customer support went unanswered, leaving us frustrated. We ultimately returned the second unit for a full refund through the distributor. It’s clear there are serious quality control issues with this product. Save yourself the hassle and look for a different solution. On a positive note, the distributor (Walnut Creek Vacuum) was fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and understanding. Unfortunately, the internal leaking was beyond their control. After this ordeal, we switched to a Grundfos Scala2 Pump, which has been working flawlessly ever since.

Fantastic, quiet, compact booster pump.
I used this to replace a failed Goulds booster pump which is no longer available. This was recommended by my trusty plumber who's installed several with good results. I read a lot of reviews and the company's promo material. It's made in Italy and looks like a "designer appliance." I'm used to utilitarian, ugly, awkward-shaped equipment requiring many metal components and much assembly. In contrast, this device is very compact, attractive, self-contained and has a plastic housing, so I wasn't sure, but the plumber and pump distributor raved about it. It installed very easily and cleanly. Instead of 30A 220V wiring into a special fuse disconnect box, it simply plugged into a normal 120V outlet. It is very quiet and keeps my whole house pressurized, sourced by a tank at ground level. I like it so much I bought a spare!

Great product!
I purchased this to boost my house water pressure after completing a second story bathroom. It works awesome is all I can say. I installed after my well pump and expansion tank. It senses flow to activate and maintains pressure where you set it thereby elimination the pressure differential inherent in all well pump systems. Now we will see how long it holds up. It seems like a quality item. Time will tell.

An amazing device with hidden monthly fees
This device is amazing. a full solution in one package except for the hidden monthly fees.I received an email from the company stating that to continue to have app access to the device I would need to pay a monthly fee. A monthly fee is not stated anywhere in the marketing materials. Hidden fees a shady and a bait and switch approach. Awesome hardware, shady business practices.

Quiet and (so far) Reliable
I had a plumber install this, but he was seriously impressed with the ease of doing so, and raved about the quiet operation; this was the first one he'd seen. I've waited a couple of weeks to post a review; I absolutely couldn't be happier (at this point in the story). I went from 18 psi to 50 just like magic. I can actually flush a toilet and wash my hands. I can take a shower while the dishwasher is going. It's like Christmas every day.
