Q: Amazon has 7 of these all with the same title, same company but different colors and different prices. Is the only difference the machine color?

I called the company and they said the only difference was the machine color if the specs were the same - so just go for the color or price you want!

Q: Can I do vinyl transfers with this machine as well?

I design and cut my own Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) and press them using this machine. Works great :)

Yes, definitely. That is my primary purpose for its use. It has worked perfectly every time.
